This location has a drive thru and indoor dining. The staff here is very pleasant and fast. I ordered an Iced Blended Mocha Frappuccino and it came out perfect. Thank you Mary and your team, keep up the good work.

We ordered a salted caramel coffee. And they forgot to put the caramel in it. ,GROSS!!!! By the time we realized it. We were already down the road. Since we do not live in the area, it didn't even matter if they would have offered a free coffee or not. I called to let them know what had happened and they didn't seem too concerned. "I don't know what you want me to do about it," was the response we got.

Showed up at 5:30am and the place wasn’t open. It states that it opens at 5am. A girl was there looked right at me didn’t even Acknowledge me. Then after that someone else open up the drive through. But the girl at the drive was very nice. It would be nice to be on time. There where three other cars there but left.

Anyone who knows me -knows for over 20 years I loved cbtl. Even when I moved away, I had it delivered. LOVED/OBSESSED. Sad to say I'm done. Everytime/different shops, the drinks are not tasting good, so I've decided to stop going. Since chg of ownership something has changed. This is very sad for all CBTL loyal to the original.

I love the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Cafe in Brea on Imperial Highway. The one in Santa Ana off of 17th Street the customer service you get is poor, and the attitude of the service attendees are really rude!

The cashier Skyler was very rude and abrupt. When I spoke with the manager, she just said “we are really busy” and walked away. Being busy is no excuse for being rude to your customers. I have already ordered and then asked for a refund. This place does not deserve my hard earned money or business.

This place has delicious Lattes, But service is extremely slow. Drive Thru took about 25 minutes two get a Latte.

Seems to be an issue every other time I come. Other locations much better. Always so slow & staff acts like they hate their job. They are so rude. I was given an ice tea that looked like dirty water. Why would they even attempt to serve it. Then when i complained i got an ice tea 10 min later with no ice. So ridiculous.
