Dutch Bros Coffee

Thanks to all the team here at our Dutch Bros!! You made our first trip wonderful. Our family of Seven tried a variety of great tasting flavored Coffees, Lemonades, and smoothies. The White Chocolate Cold brew was Mama's Favorite. Above all, thanks to Michael, Taylor, Rae, Raegan, and Gina for being so Polite, Friendly, and Helpful. Your Customer Service seriously Rocks! I've never lived in a town with a Dutch Bros before! It's so much fun. We went for the "soft opening" and Grand Opening, and back today for sticker day! We are fans! The people are nice and helpful! The coffee is good. Kids drinks are fun. Great experience thus far.

I cannot have everything because the syrups they use have artificial food coloring in them, and I'm sensitive to the dyes. But that's not enough to deter me. They have enough that I'm able to safely enjoy.

High marks for customer service! I tried out the new location this morning for the first time. Also, I've never had Dutch Bros coffee so I had no frame of reference on what they sold. The coffee is not my lady jam, but Lyric and staff made my experience so great I will try it again. Lyric even gave me insight as to why "Buck" coffee always tastes burnt (to me). Hint, it has to do with the grinding of the beans. Overall, great first impression.

Don’t expect to get your drink in under 30 minutes if there’s somewhat of a line. Takes forever and definitely don’t park inside if you have to be out quick as you’ll get stuck like me. They should’ve planned the exits more efficiently. Drinks are completely filled with ice giving you barely anything. Asked for light ice and still got more than half the cup of ice in the large. Better off going to Yucaipa as they have it put together better.

Finally a Dutch Bros near me!! Obviously the lines are going to be long and the wait time because anywhere you go that is newly open will have a wait time. People don’t have the patience for these employees. I love their drinks especially the energy drinks. This place will only get better.

I love Dutch bros. I’m glad there is one close to my job. How’s, The drive thru wait is too long I’m always here for more than 30 minutes or more waiting for a drink . The staff is super nice but I think they also hold up the line .

Worst experience I’ve ever had in my life. The coffee made me have explosive diarrhea no joke. Ended up rushing to the hospital I was jumpy. The coffee tasted too strong than usual. Do not give any to your teens or kids.

I just went today, grand opening, and ITS AMAZING!!!!!! The cold brew cup I got was phenomenal. The staff were everywhere, making the waiting process fun and entertaining. This is Dutch Bros. Highly recommend!
