My boyfriend and I walked up to the window because there were a ton of cars in the drive thru. They told us it would be at least a 45-50 minute wait for a drink because they have to help all the cars first lol. We were the only ones standing out there. We left and went to starbucks.

I was driving by this afternoon, and there were only 4 cars in line. So, I was finally able to try them out. Customer service was awesome!!! I had never been there before, and a lot of time was given to explain my decaffeinated options. I ordered the strawberry lemonade with passion fruit, frozen. It's really good. I was told that they were short staffed, but I couldn't tell by my very short wait time. I had a great experience. I will be back!!

This place is the worst. Waiting in line for over 30 minutes for two drinks. Never again. I'd take my chances with Starbucks. Heck, I'll even make the drive to Dunkin.

Very bad experience. The location is nice, newly constructed and looks beautiful. The middle island curb going into the lot is unnecessary and makes the turn too tight.
I was here during grand opening week and I came with plenty of patience because understandably people were still learning the ropes. But now 2 weeks later I still waited 20 minutes for a regular Americano. That is unacceptable and would make me limit my visits here. People need to get to work quickly, in and out.
Also, DO NOT ask me if I want to leave a tip. Not even Starbucks does that.

We drove through to try the coffee. The service was nice but slow, coffee was good and the lemonade was tasty. Iam sure it will get better and better. It is a good product.

I absolutely love DB but this location is really the worst. The line was actually pretty small. DB has to know that the worst part of the experience is the wait. It doesn't help move things along when workers are openly fooling around and visiting with friends. Customers can see this and are not stupid. This location actually gathered all the employees and did espresso shots with a customer at the drive thru window. The car only received 2 drinks and it took FOREVER because every employee went to the window to visit the customer. Our drinks were waiting for us, with melted ice because they sat there during their little party. It was unbelievable that they can do that while there is a line of paying customers. It makes it even more insulting they ask for a tip when you order BEFORE receiving horrible service. This location needs STRONG management. I need to start looking for a better coffee solution.
