The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I’ve going to this place for a few times, unfortunately last week I went and I order an blueberry muffin and it wasn’t good I told them to exchange for some other pastry or even to pay the difference for something else and they said no I was like okay the coffee is good even the employees from the morning shift said that they ate the muffin like that is just the color I’m like no it’s looks bad. Unfortunately I ain’t going back there very bad service 👎👎

The Coffee machine was broken and we wait around 15 minutes, even we order in advance

This coffee place was delightful. I really enjoyed my iced peppermint mocha. I was greeted by Zoe and Elliot who made my experience exceptional and were patient with me when making my choices. They were very friendly and had excellent customer service.

We just ordered bagel ..this is not toast..this is burnt.

So much better than Starbucks! Service is great! The original ice blended is top notch frozen deliciousness!!

This place has such a great location! Sadly every single time I come here I’m very disappointed with the customer service. In this case every person in the staff has no idea of how bad they are doing to this brand. I wish somebody from the corporate offices sends an undercover customer to see how mad and weak the staff in this location is (1801 S Harbor Blvd #101, Anaheim, CA 92802). The poorest attitude i’ve encountered in Orange County so far. The only thing that keeps bringing me back is the great location and products of this coffee shop.

Great service, clean and quick. Got the Coffee of the day Dark blend. It was prepared exactly like I asked.

Bathroom needed some cleaning. There were a few tables and chairs that needed to be wiped down and cleaned. Parking wasn't easy to find so you're better off walking there.

But over all nice place to get a cup of fresh coffee. I would definitely return.

Nice new and clean location. Staff is amazingly friendly. The only problem was with parking. There is none. I suppose there are four spots reserved for Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf, but they are always full. I'm not sure how often they regulate parking, but I sure don't want to risk being towed. With all that said, plan for an extra 15-20 minutes to find parking at this location. If you are staying at one of the adjacent properties, by all means give this place a try. It's better than Starbucks.

They offer more and are better than the other big guys, I think

Love that there’s a Coffee Bean near Disneyland. Very convenient if you’re walking, parking lot is really small so it may be tough to find parking at times.
