Great bike rental service.
They have a system and it works.
Thanks!

The line was quick and the coffee was fine. My complaint is that the coffee cup covers did not fit well on the cups and posed a hazard. Grabbing a cup of hot coffee from the cup holder resulted in one spill and a potentially dangerous one. Just find a place nearby to enjoy your hot brew and keep it out of the car.

Check in process was really backwards, confusing and took way to long. My bike seat would not tighten down. Took back 3 times kept telling the guy and he would tighten a little by hand and say "this thing isn't moving". I would ride 1 curve and it would twist. I gave up on 3rd try. I told him if he would give me a tool I could fix. Regardless I rode 20 miles on a twisting seat. Upon return the guy there said "oh this seat needs to be replaced" lol. It's first of season and I know staff is hard to find so it is what it is.

We had a fantastic time. The bikes were well maintained and the guides did a great job of telling us where to go and what to look out for. Since the COVID shut down the shuttle buses haven't run so it makes for more room on the biking path. Be sure to bring a snack or small lunch along with alot of water. The hills will wear you out a bit but totally worth it. Definitely pay a bit more for the electric bike if you don't think you can manager the regular one. You don't want to miss out. Great establishment. Looking forward to coming back.

This place is great. Decent variety of wraps and sandwiches, including vegetarian options. Two of us got their hummus wraps and chai lattes. I got a vegetarian panini. Everything was fantastic.
I got the panini, which was super tasty, albeit it took much longer than everyone else's order to prep, as they heat it up for several minutes before serving. While I wished it was faster at the time, it was really good. Chai lattes were great too.
The ordering process could use some improvement though. When I travel with family, we like to plan out our orders in advance before walking up to the counter to order. Here, there's no way to see a list of available food items without actually getting in line, then waiting to almost reach the front of the line, which happens to be next to the refrigerated shelves carrying the food. The whole thing is very stressful, especially as vegetarians, as we need to know if they even have food to fit our restrictions (turns out they do!).
Note that if you say yes to whipped cream on drinks, they seem to spray it on top of the cup lid, around the mouth hole... for some reason. I didn't get a drink, so I'm unsure if they also spray it into the drink, but I was confused to see this.

i really didnt enjoy the sandwich i got. staff are trying to work too quick to be very friendly at all, and the cafe area is wayyyy too slow. my sandwich was like literally slimy.

Stopped in for a few latte's and a GF muffin after watching the sunrise over the Grand Canyon. It was convenient and a good hot beverage for a cold day.

We rented eBikes, which were great! The attendants were helpful, the bikes well-maintained, and it was a great way to see the South Rim area!

Really friendly helpful service and enjoyable way to get around the area. Would recommend. Think an e-bike might be on my wife's Christmas list now though

Rent these bicycles while at the Grand Canyon and enjoy the ride! — Calib was great to work with, he took the time to train us up on how to use the bikes properly and load them on the buses. After a quick conversation and test ride we were on our way to hermits rest. The bicycles are a great way to get around to all the lookout points quickly while also getting a good workout. There are a few small inclines that will challenge you but there is always the option to stop and hop on a bus. Pima point has an amazing view. When we returned the bikes, Calib made sure everything went well on our ride and got the bikes back on the rack.
When you come to the Grand Canyon, rent these bicycles for a half day and head out on an adventure. You will be happy you did it.
