We went on a ~3hr tour of the south rim and it was fantastic. The right mix of information, chatting and riding for me 👍😊 Megan was great!
It was a lot colder than I expected though, so pay attention to that 👍

We booked a bike rental for 10 am but came earlier at 8 am, staff was very helpful and accommodating! We biked down to Hermit’s Rest and took the shuttle back, took 4 hours.

Fantastic experience. When one of our tires got a flat they immediately sent a replacement to our location. Easy to rent and reserve

Highly recommend! We rented bikes for our family of five and spent half day cycling around the west part of the south rim. The bikes were of great quality and the service very straightforward and friendly.

What an amazing way to see the canyon. Our tour guides Edward and Glen were terrific. They helped us find cool photo spots and were just really friendly creating a fun group dynamic. Just check the weather first to dress appropriately. It happened to be rather cold in mid April for us.

Great little shop. I didn't rent a bike, but I got an excellent chair latte! Very friendly staff.

I had a great experience, the staff were very helpful in advising me so I could get the best option for my plans. I rented a non-electric bike for 2 hours and had a blast exploring the trails around the canyon rim. I did get lost a few times, but not terribly so. I would recommend either bringing a paper map or bringing one up on your phone.
I wanted to come back for the five hour rental, but alas, I just didn't have enough time. I would highly recommend this service as a great introduction to the park. Faster than walking, but you can still set your own pace and soak in the views in your own time.

Nice and easy bike rentals right inside the park. Not exactly the fanciest bikes you’ll ever see, but good customer service and free shuttles back to the visitor center in case you decide to bail. Glad we chose this method of viewing the south rim!

We booked a rental well in advance for October- turns out there were many bikes available that late in the season- but it only makes sense to book ahead. That said we got great service before the ride on changing our reservation time, good advice about routes and how to best negotiate the road systems at Grand Canyon NP.
Riding the bikes along the Hermit Rd route (closed to cars in busy months) was a great thrill as you could see the canyon from the road and rim trail (hiking only) while biking. Remember that you are riding at altitude (5000+ ft) and drink enough water and you will have a great time.!

Definitely a fun experience to bike around the canyon. If you didn’t bring your bike with you, this is a great place to rent them! We had a rough start to our morning, and were pretty late. They were really nice and let us keep the bikes much later than our reservation time since they weren’t too busy. I will say, if you have young kids and you aren’t 100% confident in their biking skills, just get the tag-a-long bike. You are, after all, biking next to the canyon, and it just makes it a much more pleasant experience not having to worry about the kids falling or keeping up. They provide a great map and estimates of time and effort for each route, though it would have been super great to have that on their website or in the confirmation email. Overall, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend!
