***HIGHLY DEFINITELY ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND***
Perfect. Helpful. Caring. Adjusted half day bike rental time even though I arrived late. Large selection of bicycle rentals and bikes were in great condition. Got to bike 6.2 miles and really enjoy the scenery and animals at the South Rim.
Thank you, Team Bright Angel, for making this trip magical!

Rented 1/2 day bikes at Bright Angel. Easy online reservation process and helpful and friendly staff. Upon arrival we were fitted for helmets and given our bike with instructions. Views of the Canyon are breathtaking and you feel the cool air as you're riding. I hadn't ridden a bike in years so happy to do it again.

We rented bikes on a Saturday afternoon, and it was FANTASTIC! Did the shuttle with our bikes through bright angel. They dropped us off at Hopi point and picked us up at hermit's rest. It was the most beautiful bike ride. Dress warm because it can be chilly. There was snow on the trails when we were there in mid March.

We had a fun self-guided ride from the bicycle depot to Hermit’s Rest and found the bikes to be in relatively good condition (one changed gears much more smoothly than the other, but both held up during the 23-mile ride). A few elements of the process could be improved for pickup though. In particular, it would be convenient to have a separate check-in line for those who have reservations. We arrived for all-day rental, booked months in advance, and were told to join the general line that combined walk-ups and reservations. On occasion, the staff lead would ask if anyone had reservations and give those groups priority, but that came after waiting in line for about 15 mins. We also pre-ordered lunch, which was tasty and generally packaged small enough to fit in our backpack. Would’ve been nice to have a way to secure a small zip pack under the bike seats or atop a platform extension atop the back wheel. The staff did a good job of making safety a priority on a day with gathering clouds, noting to drop the bikes anywhere and take cover if needed — that they would come find them after a storm. We didn’t need to do that but were glad they said it. The full-line buses to also have bike racks, for those who only want to bike part of the way. It was a fun way to see the many amazing vista points along Hermit Road!

I recently visited this cafe and had the pleasure of trying their Raspberry Latte. Let me start by saying it was the best flavored coffee I have ever had. The combination of rich espresso and the sweet-tart raspberry flavor was absolutely delightful. It provided a refreshing twist to my usual coffee routine, and I found myself savoring every sip.
In addition to the Raspberry Latte, I also indulged in their pastries. I must say, they did not disappoint. The pastries were delicious, with a flaky and buttery texture that melted in my mouth. They had a variety of options to choose from, ranging from croissants to muffins, and each one was crafted with care and attention to detail.
Overall, my experience at this cafe was exceptional. The Raspberry Latte was the highlight of my visit, exceeding all expectations and leaving me craving more. The combination of the flavorful coffee and the delectable pastries made for a truly memorable culinary experience. Whether you're a coffee lover or simply looking for a cozy spot to enjoy some tasty treats, I highly recommend giving this cafe a try.

This is such a fun way to see the canyon. The process of getting the bike was well organized, the staff was friendly and we felt safe and set up for success. We rented regular bikes for the exercise benefit but e-bikes are also available. The roads/paths you ride on are free of cars (only shuttle busses to watch out for). We road from 12-4 and we’re able to see everything we wanted too. Highly recommend this one of a kind experience.

What a way to check out the South Rim of the Grand Canyon. Check in and orientation was super smooth and the sandwiches were quite good! The roast beef pretzel bun was probably the best. We also tried the turkey wrap and the turkey with ciabatta bread as well.
Only thing I could say from an improvement perspective is getting a receipt or order confirmation via email. I booked it back in late March and completed the waiver form. About 3 weeks went by and I forgot if I already booked the bikes so I searched through my emails and found nothing so I thought I forgot to book it.
Later I realized I saved the first order’s waiver in my cloud storage so that’s when I knew I already booked it because I was about to save the new waiver form in my cloud storage. So I ended up just eating the admin fee from cancelling the second reservation.
We rented the e-bikes for half a day and the yellow and orange trail is definitely doable in 5 hours even without being in a rush.

This was an Amazing Bicycle Tour! We took our 13 year old grandson to the Grand Canyon, we decided to do the South Rim Bicycle Tour and it was so worth it. Z was our guide and has a wealth of knowledge. He did a fantastic job keeping all ages entertained. It was so Beautiful to just coast around the Rim. I would highly recommend Bright Angel!

There’s not many food places around Grand Canyon. This one is a small grab and go place that’s conveniently located by the Visitor Center next to the bike rental which is also walking distance to the Rim Trail to Mather’s Point.
It was so hot so I got Iced Mocha. They don’t offer anything blended except for the smoothie. Also the Iced drinks only come in 16 oz or larger.
They only make drinks. As far as food, it’s grab and go style that you can grab food like premade sandwiches in the fridge and pastries in the cabinet. You can also purchase sunscreen, hat, protein bars, chips.
There are tables out side and a drinking fountain. Their water tastes so good because it comes directly from the spring!
