This is such a fantastic way to see the Grand Canyon, especially with kids! We took the shuttle up to Hopi point and we rode to Hermits rest. Bikes and shuttle were great! We rented two adult bikes, one with a trailer for a 2 year old, and another with a tag-along for 6 year old. We also had a 24” and 20” for our 9 and 11 year old kids. The time frame was perfect for stopping along the way and catching some gorgeous views. Very memorable for all of us! As mentioned in other posts…it was chilly so dress warm, sunglasses, and sunscreen. The personnel at Bright Angle were super helpful as we needed to change our reservation and they provided great advice in advance on getting into the park. They were ready for us when we arrived! Highly recommend!

LOVED the bike to Yaki point. And the trailer for my toddler was great. Our favorite activity that we did in Grand Canyon!

We had a wonderful experience with Bright Angel Bikes and biking along the Canyon. My family of three, relatively inexperienced bike riders rented bicycles for a trip up the Hermit Road. We made our reservations online, including lunches to bring with us. The friendly and engaged staff gave us a full introduction to the route, stops, options, and equipment. The bikes and helmets were in great condition and clean -- they made sure to set aside a helmet they found with a broken adjustor and get me another. When we realized we couldn't bring an e-bike on the shuttle bus, they quickly swapped it to a regular bike and changed the cost on the online reservation. The bikes were in great shape, easy to use, and largely very comfortable. It was freezing temperatures when we braved our ride, but even our least athletic member was easily able to ride all the way to Hermit's Rest, with plenty of stops and water along the way. The lunch sandwiches maybe weren't gourmet, but they were large and very fresh and filling (and better than anything else we found to eat near the park). Returning with the bikes via shuttle bus was easy, and the park staff and drivers were kind and patient with bike loading. Easy and quick equipment drop-off at the end. It was a super neat experience and really worth it -- I would 100% recommend Bright Angel to anyone headed to Grand Canyon.

During my recent e-bike adventure at the Grand Canyon, I was thoroughly impressed by the level of professionalism exhibited by the staff. From the moment we arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure that we had a memorable and safe experience. Allow me to share my thoughts on their exceptional service.

The staff members were incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything we needed to know about riding the e-bikes. They provided clear instructions on how to operate the bikes, adjust the settings, and make the most of the electric assistance. Their expertise and guidance made us feel confident and prepared for the journey ahead.

Furthermore, they offered detailed insights on the various trails within the Grand Canyon. They provided recommendations on which routes to take, highlighting the scenic viewpoints and must-see areas. Their comprehensive knowledge of the trails helped us plan our ride effectively, ensuring that we wouldn't miss any of the breathtaking sights the canyon had to offer.

What truly stood out was their commitment to safety. The staff emphasized the importance of following the rules and regulations, as well as provided tips on how to navigate the trails responsibly. They made it clear that our well-being was a priority, and they were readily available to address any questions or concerns we had throughout the journey.

Their professionalism extended beyond just the initial instructions. Whenever we encountered the staff members along the trails, they were friendly and approachable, making sure to check on our progress and offer assistance if needed. Their warm demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere, and it was evident that they genuinely cared about our experience.

In conclusion, the professionalism and guidance provided by the staff during our e-bike adventure at the Grand Canyon were outstanding. Their thorough explanations, trail recommendations, and dedication to safety created a seamless and enjoyable experience. Their expertise and genuine care for our well-being made us feel valued as customers. I highly commend the staff for their exceptional service and would wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone planning a visit to the Grand Canyon.

This is the only place to eat in grand canyon national park unless you decide to drive for 70 mile either side. They have cold sandwiches and the coffee is not worth the price. The prices are of course high but you will have to buy being said that its the only food place available. Bring your own food is highly recommended

We did a half day e-bike rental. The guys were great at check in. They gave us some route advice and got us kitted out. They’re really great about making sure you know how to operate the bike and that it’s fitted correctly before leaving. We did the “yellow” ride to Hermit’s rest. It took us about 4 hours stopping very frequently for photos. I highly recommend seeing the rim by bike! The views as you ride are wonderful and not having to deal with the shuttle was amazing. There were a lot of stops along the way where we were the only ones around. It was 39 degrees when we started but we came prepared with layers, gloves, etc and it was a-ok. Using the peddle assist made easy work of the miles and we barely made a dent in the battery. I cannot recommend more highly!

We loved the stories and information our tour guide shared along the trail. Hermits rest tour was great because it’s a part of the park that is less busy. The experience was fun and easy. Good for the whole family.

Not a “cafe”, more of a to-go deli. Great variety of items, and very good pricing! I had a chorizo breakfast bowl and it was great!! Great spot for meals when hiking and it is the center point for majority of the trails and sights.

The e-bikes were up to the task. Staff very friendly and experienced. Only suggestion is for more comfortable seats or tell me when I asked, if the seats are good for 5 minutes at best. 4 days later and I’m still recovering.
