Our family of five had a wonderful day at the South rim of the Grand Canyon with our bike rentals. With kids ranging in age from 6-12, it was a great way for us to explore a large area. The staff at Bright Angel Bikes were friendly and helpful. We can't wait to visit again! A must-do activity for any family visiting the canyon.

Because of changing weather and resulting cancellations, my wife and I enjoyed a private tour with Z. He was very pleasant, experienced, and encouraged and entertained my multitude of questions. We did the Hermit Road Tour, and it was well worth the cost. The bikes were well maintained and suitable for the terrain (slightly hilly). Duff was the shuttle driver, and was also very kind and helpful. I would recommend that everyone visiting the GCNP participate in the tour. Rated 11/10.

Flawless experience with equipment and staff. Loved riding our bikes around the canyon. We’ve hired bikes in a few cities and we’re really impressed with these models

These folks are AWESOME! I visited both the coffee house and the bike rental and was so happy with both. Coffee was delicious, a number of gluten free options were available and the service was terrific.
I accidentally misplaced my bike rental information a few days before my trip and called them. The woman who I spoke to was kind and considerate and made sure that I was good to go once I arrived, emailing me a copy of my reservation. Once I arrived for my bike rental, a young man named Ian took care of me and he was very thorough in going over all the details of how to operate the e-bike that I was renting, discussing my route options, etc. I was honestly a bit nervous, as I had not been on a bike in about 3 years and never an e-bike. But it was sooooo easy to operate and ride and I had an absolute blast riding along the rim of the Grand Canyon. Thanks, Bright Angel Bikes and Cafe - I will be back!

Add Bright Angel Bikes to your list of must-do experiences at Grand Canyon National Park. Using one of their remarkable e-bikes, I was able bike along and near the south rim and enjoy a crowd-free ride. The greenways near the rim and away from the rim are all scenic and shaded. It is easy to jump off your bike, secure it and explore more at your leisure. Bike paths are clearly marked and the park is very navigable. I had a full-day rental and was able to see everything on my list. Great staff and an attentive team to answer questions.

My sister and I signed up for Bright Angel's bike tour along the west rim of the Grand Canyon to Yaki Point. The tour was great! I would highly recommend. Our guide (I've now forgotten his name) was very knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. The bikes were sturdy, the actual biking itself was very easy and away from cars. It's a wonderful way to experience the Grand Canyon. Do the bike tour.

Our family had a blast on this easy ride to Hermits Rest. Our tour guide, Nate, was very knowledgeable about so many aspects of the area.

Super convenient bike rental for beginning cyclists... As far as I could tell they just have comfort/ "cruiser" bikes (7-8 speeds) and e-bikes. Lots of kids bikes and tagalongs for little ones. The person checking us out didn't want to take the time to adjust the saddle on my Dad's bike after we told him it was uncomfortable/ a poor fit. The saddle tip was tilted too far up. Next time, we'll make sure to insist. It was bearable for our 27 mile ride, but would have been a lot better if the seat was correct.

We rented ebikes and rode to Hermits Rest. What a great experience. We filled out forms online and reserved bikes. Process was smooth. We did it last year as well and are repeat customers. Great way to see a lot of the park and enjoy the beauty of it. Would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to visit and see all the different lookout spots the parks has to offer. We will be back!

Staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bikes were in good shape and well maintained. We took the Hermit Shuttle to our staring destination, but decided not to ride it back from Hermit's Rest so that we could stay and explore more. They were happy with just picking up our bikes and letting us stay. They even loaned us a backpack since we forgot to bring one to carry our things. Definitely recommended!
