Heritage has been a welcome replacement for the Starbucks that previously occupied this space, but keeps the same streetside vibe that the location gave its prior tenants. The service is speedy and the coffee is far better than other brands. I've had the inconvenience of having Heritage be out of cold brew after I paid, and the staff was happy to offer me a refund or replacement with another more expensive drink. Great place all around!

The coffee here was good (cold brew) and the atmosphere was nice. Definitely a tourist stop and not more; came hoping to work a bit but there is a 15 minute limit on their WiFi. Unfortunately this wasn't made clear until after ordering.

Food is ok. Drinks are ok. I do like the wide open space as you can sit anywhere and stay awhile on your laptop or so. I come more so to have a place to sit, read, and enjoy a basic cup of hot cocoa. Staff are friendly as well.

Several visits great baked gods and traditional breakfast. Their brewed and cold coffee and tea is excellent. They do have rush times and your patience is worth the wait, normally only a few munites from order to receipt of your drinks.

Ordered a coffee and blueberry scone. Coffee is sooooo hot that even with a cup ring, couldn't hold or drink for min 20 min. Scone was good in flavor but dry. Husband got cinnamon roll with good flavor but it was also dry. There was no offer to warm them either.

We had the white mocha and vanilla latte and wanted to also taste the daily brew which was Sumatra today. I'm not a fan of Sumatra, hubby said it was ok. The white mocha was the best for me, it didn't taste overly sweet. The vanilla latte was decent and drinkable for sure it still deserves a thumbs up. The white chocolate cranberry scone was moist and good with coffee. I've had better scones where I live but despite that if u r here its worth a try and great with coffee of course.

When on vacation, I look for good coffee and good beer. My family and I have been in Alaska for two weeks now and after this place, I'm still looking.

It is a great place to meet up and have something to drink. Great location in downtown Juneau. Lots of tables and space to work.

Coffee is served WAY TOO HOT! No reason for it to be served that way. Couldn't even hold the cup. The outter sleeve glue actually melted to the side of the cup. Employees couldn't care less. Rude, and unpleasant. However, when the coffee cooled off it was rather good!
