Ordered a breakfast sandwich, food took incredibly long (35 minutes) and came out slightly warm, bacon was not warm and the bread was so crispy it was difficult to bite in to. Would give less stars but the matcha was good.

Please.... If the Chef reads this... Learn how to prepare eggs. watch some YouTube or ask your Mom how to cook eggs. Especially learn how to poach eggs.
Your dishes will be so much better if you just pay attention in gentle cooking of eggs. Thanks.

Thank you! They were very accommodating to my picky order, and omg, the toffee coffee chillichino was amazing!

Girls at the front have attitude and dismissive. First time in Juneau had a bad experience. Ordered my latte but was given to someone and gave me a new one but half full.

Quick service and a pleasant place to sit made Heritage Coffee a nice destination for our coffee break. I had a spicy Chai latte that was delicious. Along with brewed drinks, there is also a food menu here. We didn't eat, but the aromas from the kitchen smelled wonderful.

We only had gelato here so I can't comment on the coffee. The mango gelato was delicious! so fresh and tasted exactly like a kent mango pureed and made into ice cream. There weren't any hints of anything artificial at all. Highly recommend getting their gelato, wish I had not drank coffee earlier in the day so that I could've enjoyed a cup here.

Just off the Carnival Splendor and looking around town. Very good location and the price af a Mocha was reasonable. Right next to the SEALASKA Heritage Museum, so a great spot to pause for a bit, warm up, and figure out where to go next.

It was decent! It was definitely busy with all the cruise ship tourists, and the staff were doing their best.
