Solid coffee, friendly people, great breakfast and the baked goods looked pretty legit too even though we didn’t have any…

One of the very few coffee roasters in Alaska. Coffee taste was about average. Very nice service and spacious shop for relaxation.

Nice place. Bought coffee beans to make pour over coffee at home. Good coffee drink.

Average at best, long waits, low quality. That's my impression of Hertage. I am a local here all summer and want to support local businesses, but realistically, I haven't had a pleasant experience at Heritage, at any of their locations, in years. Understaffing of late has contributed to very long waits including nearly 45 minutes to get my burritos the other day. They are commonly out of items including all pastries. The coffee drinks are inconsistent. Being originally from Oregon and growing up at the height of the coffee age I can tell you a place like this would never hold up to a more discerning or knowledgeable crowd. It's not a good look for Juneau the way it has been going lately. Years back it was a lot better.

This was a nice coffee and sandwich shop located in the middle of Juneau. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the view of the main street. This place has a very inviting atmosphere and made a nice to place to stop and rest while get something to drink. Don't expect any Free Wi-Fi like you might find at other coffee shops in the lower 48 states. Here you get 15 minutes when you purchase something. I guess internet is expensive in Alaska.

Best muffins in town, best (not too touristy) atmosphere in town for a great coffee and travel planning..

The long haired blonde at the counter was rude. Asked about house coffee if dark roast and curtly said no it is medium so I said just a tall and room for cream, she quickly said they put it in, I said I like to put it in myself, she quickly and rudely told me I could not touch it. So I asked if a little could go into a cup for me, she quickly said we have to charge you a 1.00 for the cup. I said ok please put it in, and I asked if I need more can I ask for more, yah she said took my money and NO thank you. My husband was planning to get a latte when we first walked in, but quickly decided not to give them his money after the responses of the rude employee. Besides their coffee is mediocre at best. Here from a cruise ship would have appreciated better customer service.

Best coffee in town. It was always busy and long lines and worth the wait. Lunch is okay but often no fresh pastries. Lots of tables, big windows, definitely plug-ins along the perimeter of the place to charge phones and many people working there on laptops, facetiming, conducting interviews, meetings, etc. The Alaska Native art so beautiful and lots of cultural items to purchase, mugs, t-shirts, coffee, etc.
