Hostess was extremely rude, just set our menus on the table and walked away. We sat at the table for over 5 minutes without anyone speaking to us and taking our order. Worst customer service I've had in a long time will never eat here again.

ran out of fish after placing our order 1st time we had to ask for discount off.... they should have offered. fish is mostly breading and squished out grease with napkins...Pass the fish burgers are good.

I go too VI a couple of days a week order the same breakfast with the same waitress, and have a good time, but today due to the eclipse this week you could only order off a shortened menu and I couldn't get my usual, so I got up and left and now I'm getting my breakfast at Ihop and I understand they can run there business any way they want and I can get up and leave. Hope everyone has a safe weekend.

Worst experience ever!! Worst food, worst service!! My mom and I had to wait 15minutes to be seated even thouugh there were several empty booths. The hostess was also serving and cleaning and took phone calls even though there was a line of people waiting to check out and others waiting to be seated. When we finally sat down we waited over 10mins for our server to ask what we wanted to drink. Then we waited another ten minutes for our drinks which were brought by some guy who spilled the drinks on the table. We then waited again for someone to take our order. Of course it was a new person. Finally after already being there for 50mins we got our food by another new person. We both ordered the skillet breakfast.The food wad cold, eggs were runny, potatoes were burned, cheese was burned. My strawberry crepe was missing the sweet cream filling an looked as if it was dropped on the floor. After a few minutes of trying to eat and having completly empty drinks the ENTIRE time, we tried to find someone to bring us the bill. There were at least 4 workers serving the opposite side of the room but only 2 people serving our side. My mom had to chase someone down and they had no idea who had our bill. Another new person gave us our bill, the hostess took two phone calls then rung us out. When my mom asked if they had review cards the hostess said,"No, have a nice day." DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!!

My daughter was so excited to take us to lunch for mothers day. Our waited Tammy was not a nice person at all it took 45 minutes to get our lunch then the general manager came over and asked "what do you want me to do about it?"

Its an alright place to eat. Prices are decent and staff is usually pretty great. I'm just not a fan of the food. About half the time I go, the food has a sort of funky taste to it.

Very nasty smell in there, was going to eat breakfast, but only 1 person there, the 2nd person got there as we were walking in, but the place smelled of roaches

Not to bad of place for basic homestyle food. Service is a little slow, but I attribute it to the cook and not the waiters or waitresses. Prices are a little cheaper compared to other same type of restaurants.

Took 15 mins to sit for a party of one. A group came in after me and knew the waitress, they were sat immediately and served before I even had a waitress come to say she'd be with me shortly. Waited another 15 minutes to order, but got up and left. Theres quite a few other options in the city, try those.

Food is really good, was a little slow with the service with the limited amount of people allowed but well worth the wait, a must stop for anyone passing by!
