Loved the crispy hashbrowns

I will not be returning to this village inn. The hostess was the only one who was decent. She sat us at a table and even helped put my daughter's shoe on when it fell off. And then, we sat. And sat for nearly half an hour for someone to even come take a drink order. It is really hard to keep 2 young children who are hungry from being loud and cranky. A party of 6 came in about 25 minutes after us, and had their drink order taken right away. We weren't going to sit there any longer waiting with 2 hangry kids so we left. Didn't even say a word, just packed up and walked out. Won't be going back any time soon.

Good food and good prices. Server was very friendly. Hostess needs training on how to interact with customers.

Waitress brought out the food for my girlfriend, and notified me she would bring mine later(they had just started cooking mine). I told her not to bother, I would go without, and they shouldn't bring out meals at separate times. She didn't seem to concerned with my point of view.

UPDATE: Manager came to check on us prior to our departure. She went into the kitchen and cooked my meal herself, at no charge, because she did not want me leaving without eating. You really can't ask for much more than that. Upgrade to 5 stars.

Would have been a 5 if they had more employees. But they did good with what they had which was good. The food was good and the place clean. Pies are good too

This place was horrible.Thet we're out of everything,even sugar.The food was over cooked.They did apologize and say they were discounting the bill but that didn't happen.They brought my 4 yr old granddaughter a full size hamburger,instead of a kids size.I paid full price for that also.I will never go back.

Just sat for an hour and watched orders come out for groups that came in after us 30 minutes later. The staff just continued to walk by our table and said nothing. Got up and left. Pretty obvious by the look on the managers face that she wanted to be anywhere but work.

Great home style food service was very good too.

Horrible. Smells like sewer, food was terrible, waitress was ok

We came 10 minutes before closing. They were very gracious and assured us it was fine. Food was excellent
