We stopped by after the Food Distribution for Food Bank of the Rockies with a crew of 20. The staff at VI were not phased at all, they moved seats and tables. They took all the orders and kept all the tickets separate. It was a great way to close out a day of helping others.

One of the worst experiences in a restaurant i have ever had. For starters, our waitress started out nice and professional. We ordered coffee but were not ready to order food quite yet. No big deal. She comes back with coffee and asked if we only ordered 1. We said two. This wasnt that big of a deal considering it was easily fixed and she was prepared to fix it. Going forward, we were ready to order after she came around again. We said yes. My girlfriend ordered her food. Then we told our waitress that i was going to order pie a little later. She comes by to bring my girlfriend her food and then drops our ticket off at our table. We were confused. She hadnt gotten to far so we called her over and told her we werent ready for our check respectfully and nice. She snatched the ticket, crumpled it up and asked if i wanted to order now. I told her i was wanting pie a little later but i would order it. So i ordered the pie and as she walked to the table behind us we heard her mumble "oh my god". She then proceeded to walk to the kitchen throwning or setup table in its place. This, we found very disrespectful considering how nice and understanding we were to begin with. It took a while for the pie to come out and then after that she disregarded checking on our table for the rest of the time until we were almost done eating. When she finally came over after id say 30 minutes or so she asked if we we were finally ready for the ticket or if we were going to order more. However, it was the way she asked us that was condinsending. She had attitude with us the whole time. Needless to say, even though the food was alright, the service was horrible.

Comfort food, simple food done with attention to detail. Eaten there 3 times and the food was excellent. Highly recommended.

I think the sewer smell overwhelmed me. The food was good but they had no burger and the Chicken, Bacon Avocado had no 🥑. We still paid full price. Waitress was great though.

This place is terrible. I understand places run out of items, it is an unpredictable situation especially during these times. However, when the server doesn't start off with that, it makes things challenging. A lot of the items we went to order were unavailable, which she was able to inform us after asking for them. Others, we placed an order and 5 minutes later she came back to inform us it wasn't available. Mind you, we were just ording beverages. As in no hot chocolate, no pomegranates for the limeade, no cranberry juice.... Then when asking for mtn dew, she rudely snapped "are you ready to order so that I can put that in and then I'll bring you your mtn dew" like somehow it's our fault they have no inventory. She had the most horrid attitude. Not to mention we weren't the only disappointed customers with her. 10 minutes after another table ordered food, she came out to state they didn't have one of the items they ordered. They almost decided on no food all together. She's very disorganized, rude, and couldn't care less about the people. We ended up getting our food to go due to not wanting to deal with her... Food was average at best. HIGHLY do not recommend.

Service was aweful! Apparently there was some confusion with this young waitress of which tables were hers! We didn't get any coffee or cream refills, she brought our check, with our breakfast, so she never came back to our table, after our order! Food was mediocre. The booth I sat in was taped all the way around and it didn't seem as though it had any springs in it. Everybody that worked there looked depressed and obviously didn't want to be there! And quite frankly, neither did we!

Food was as expected. Staff seemed more attentive to locals than out of towner's. Slow taking order for food. Kitchen took 30 minutes for two omelets, restaurant over half empty.

My wife and I stopped here while on a road trip. The service was okay but the food was not. I ordered bacon and eggs over medium. What I was served were 2 eggs scrambled on the flat top. My wife ordered biscuits and gravy. She was very disappointed. We won't be back. I hope the other menu items are better.

Service friendly and good, nice dining room. Kitchen remarkably SLOW. Dining room staff left - tables and floors sit dirty. Management wonders around smiling at cellphone while dining room sits filthy. Smells like sewer back-up and they are aware of it. Won’t be back.
