The cooks were very slow this morning. I understand they were busy but shouldn't take 2 hours. Hats off to the waitstaff. You girls were doing an awesome job of coming by to let us know about our order and checking on us.

Ordered for curbside pick up. Once I got there, no one would answer phones. I called the number they listed for curbside 6 times and no one would answer. I had to go inside to get my food, good thing I didn't have Covid! Food was cold and tasted funny by the time I got home to eat it. It tasted old not fresh. Very disappointing, considering it is usually much better when dining in. I would not recommend ordering online or doing curbside, especially if you are contagious or sick!

It was incredible! There were a lot of people that came in at the same time. We still got fed within 30 minutes. The food was good the Price Is Right the service was great. I recommend it highly.

The food is amazing! The Price's are fair... The only complaint we have is we asked for something extra (which we paid for) on a burrito we order and they didn't do and just put it on the side. And we still had to pay for it. The cooks or waitresses need to make sure the order is down and done correctly. We haven't been back since then.

Went right in and showed directly to our seats. Great service. Great food. Mia was very attentive and provided professional service. Would go back again.

Ordered takeout. They told us 15-20 minutes. We show up in 20 minutes and they hadn’t even started our food. If we wanted to wait an hour for our food we would have dined in. They will no longer have our business as they are unorganized and zero customer service skills.

I'm from out of town and had never been to Village Inn. Stopped in for breakfast early on a Saturday morning. Wait staff were courteous and service was prompt. Food was delicious. Portions were more than sufficient. Missed having the peach supreme pie as they were out of it😎

Really bad experience dining here. The waitress was really unfriendly. She took our order with a miserable look on her face and didn't make any kind of friendly conversation. She brought us our food, and the bill at the same time and never returned to our table for the rest of the meal even though our drinks were empty for half the meal. The food was not bad, except that my eggs were pretty much raw, which I couldn't bring to anyone's attention. I had planned on bringing home my unfinished food, and ordering some pie, but that didn't happen since our waitress had completly checked out on helping us. Just awful service. I used to love Village Inn, but will not be eating there again.

The service and food have gone downhill. Today a gal named Alex waited on us. She said the kitchen was closed at 8, it was 7:40 and everything we asked for they were out of. The biggest complaint is Alex was inconvenienced because customers were coming in to eat. She did not want to work and made that clear in her attitude towards customers
