The Basic Hamburger and Fries were ICE COLD. THE HAMBURGER BUN WAS STALE AND HARD. THIS WAS MY FIRST TIME AT A SONIC AND IT WAS ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC. I WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN. I HOPE I DONT GET SICK.I tried to upload photos to the SONIC FEEDBACK WEBSITE AND I WAS BLOCKED. The dining room and kitchen are FILTHY. THE WHOLE RESTAURANT NEEDS A GUT AND REMODELING. THE CEILING IS LEAKING.. I JUST WONDER IF THE VENTILATION FILTERS HAVE BEEN CHANGED!? The basic Cone was okay but the soft serve ice cream has too much AIR in it.

Now I wish I had taken some photos after reviewing some of the recent reviews for this Artic Circle, because this place is excellent—and they deserve 5 stars. The drive-through was lightning fast, the shrimp and fries were delicious, and the staff was incredibly friendly. My family drives to Rock Springs to Green River just for a few minutes at this fast food place. Y’all are great. :)

The last 3 time we have been there the food sucks. We will never go back. The counter help was great. The hamburger taste old. The fried foods are so greasey and over cooked that the sack and the box they came in was dripping with grease. There ne pickle fries suck also.

Come here all the time and it has been on a steady decline for a while now. I stopped going for a bit because my drink is always wrong. I order the same drink every day and every day it's made differently. Need to look elsewhere for my afternoon treat....

Drink was exactly what I expected.
Cheese sticks were mediocre as they were not hot but not cold either.
I was, however, disappointed about the carhop stalls being closed. That is the opposite of everything sonic drive-in is supposed to be about!
That said, I didn’t even need to get to the window for my order to be delivered to me. I had that going for me, which is nice.

Spent over 30 minutes in one of the pull in stalls waiting for a mobile order. I had to walk inside and when I received my sandwich it was cold and my shake was the wrong kind AND melted. Terrible customer service inside.

I love this sonic. They are always so friendly and helpful. The manager always thanks us for our business and says be appreciates us. Even if I only purchase a bag of ice and a soda. As a family we go weekly and spend much more. It means a lot that they thank us for our business wether we spend $30 or $5.00. Thank you!

They gave me tots instead of fries and asked for the tots back, which is odd but I'm pretty sure they gave em to the next customer, even though I had them in my car and I was sick. very strange

I've gone to this sonic with my husband at least 3x and all three times they get his order wrong. He asks for the FOOTLONG and they bring him the small chili dog every time, then when he tries to correct them they act like they did nothing wrong. Today, there was a customer just after us who had the same issue and they fixed their order but refused to do anything for ours even after we told them! Most of the stalls here don't work, the inside is awful, and the service has really sunk.
