Sonic Drive-In

4:15pm on may 3rd. I watched as my card was taken to the back without my permission. Other cards were swiping and given back. At 4:18 they gave me my card without a reciept and said their system frooze. I am at this very moment checking my bank statement and freezing my card. I was not told or asked about my card being rushed. This is truly poorly managed. I hope my card identity was not stolen.

Second time it messed up. It's time got home with order. All the fixings were on the burger but no meat. They just laughed and said no way. Yesterday, got home and had someone else order. Drank the pop threw away the food because I dont like Chicken. I had a few good times, but I need to check my meal right there. It's too far to go back

Great little Sonic Drive-in.
Although, it's not really a drive-in anymore; the little booths are all turned off, and the only way to order is either with the app or through the drive-thru.

I usually use the app, which works great (except that it wants you to "check in" even though the stalls are all powered down and none of them are numbered). It might be easier to let them know that you're there to pick up the order through the drive-thru? Or just... order through the drive-thru...?

My one and only complaint is that for some unknown reason, they are absolutely incapable of leaving the cheese off the burgers. (I always request no cheese, and it's never not there.)
Does the cheese come frozen to the patty? Do they rack up cheese points for every slice sold? Do the laws of physics cease to exist on their stove?? (thank you, Cousin Vinny 💜)

Maybe I just look like someone who needs a little cheese love.

Sigh.

But yeah... other than that, it's a great little Sonic.

It took 30 minutes to get our small ice creams! Two vehicles that came in after us got their food before our ice cream. I think they forgot about us, I’ve had better sonic experiences. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else!

Strawberry milkshake was very good, now that I am doing a review I will have to go back and get another one.

Fast service, only ordered slushes so no idea how the food is. Not very friendly people ☹️

This Sonic is an absolute train wreck. I've been there four times over the last 4 years and every time I go something is messed up and that ice cream seems to be super soupy. When you walk inside you can see the kitchen and it's disgusting. It's really sad because it seems like nobody cares including the owner. You can't walk into that place and say it's okay and if you do you have no business being the owner. I don't say this about very many restaurants and I don't give very many one-star reviews but I will never be back.

Great price and tasty food equal a great value here. But we would all probably keep going just for the shakes and Ocean Water regardless. The positive, happy staff is the cherry on top.

They accidentally made one of our shakes in a way that we didn't like it, but when we asked them about it, they got right on it and had a new one out to us in no time.

Also driving up and them delivering to your car is the coolest thing. They are open late, have fri-sauce, and have good costumer service.

January 1st 2018. I love the different kind of drinks they have but every single time I go to get one they never mix up the candy or flavors in the slushy drinks. I always hope it will be different everytime I give them another try, It's always at the very bottom of the drink frozen. Today I went to the drive through and got ONLY a pop rocks coconut blue nothing else. The lady came out and told me the guy doing it forgot to add the candy so he just put it all on the top of the drink. Get better staffing who can lift fingers better and mix up a drink that you guys advertise to look good.
