Sonic Drive-In

The app didn't work very well for ordering, the outdoor order boards were not working and they were slammed through the drive thru. But they did get our order and everything was correct and tasted great!

Needed to find something to eat for my family after a really long drive. Sonic was right across the street. They close at 11. I didn't know because I'm not from here. They took my order at 11. 5 burgers and 5 tots 1 without cheese. They got it right and had a smile! Great customer service.

$4 for a basic cheeseburger? I guess it's been a while since I've been to a Sonic, but I was shocked at the high prices for the relative amount of food you got. I only have good things to say about the staff, but I was not impressed with the prices.

My sister was treated horrible today, you all should be ashamed. She ask for a plain hamburger for my 2 year old nephew, they threw in a patty no bun or anythin. Did I mention she waited 45 mins and she pregnant and when she went to confront the issue the lady slammed the door in her face. Dont support this place.

My footlong chili cheese Coney was pretty darn good, ordered a diet dr pepper with lime and cherry, also good. Ordered a medium tater tots... not so good! Cold and soggy. Like.very soggy.... so ya that was disappointing. The positive note of tonight's adventure to Sonic, the wait was only about 8 min at the drive thru.

The other day I picked my dog up from the groomers but they hadn't given her water and It was the middle of summer and she was panting heavily. I pulled up in the drive thru of what was one of my favorite places. I noticed other cars start to drive away and should have left with them. I thought it must just be a fluke so I pulled up anyway. The guy yelled at me saying that the power was out. As I've been here before I knew water was free and tried to ask if I could just have some water for my dog. He cut me off and yelled yet again. This went on where I tried to explain and he yelled at me yet again so I drove away. Sonic is one of the best places to get drinks in town and I was very saddened by the experience.

They made my Chicago hotdog wrong. The drive-in speakers weren't working so we had to use drive thru. The onion rings weren't cooked completely through.

Usually, Sonic is fairly standard for quality and enjoyable. This visit was frustration trying to order a fairly simple order, ending with the most nasty tasting lemon berry slush drink. By nasty, we mean foul! This is a trademark product and typically a family favorite! Will have to brave up to order at the Rock Springs Sonic anytime soon.

The Hamburger was cold and clammy and I was given the wrong drink. Fries were hot and fresh however.

I was already already back on the highway so turning around was not an option. I'm sure they would've corrected the mistakes. The staff was polite.

I love Sonic, so there are some stars here. I ordered a drink and a cone. The line moved slowly, but I got to the window and paid. The girl at the window was standing and I assumed she was waiting for someone to bring my order. A few minutes passed (literally just her standing) and she started making my drink and then handed it to me. She said, "Have a nice day!" I said, "I have a cone, too?" She said, "Oh yeah!" in a complete stoner tone. I didn't even try to ask for napkins.
