Line was long, though the wait not unreasonable. employees were attempting to run orders out to vehicle in the drive thru that were more readily available. Relative to fast food, the food was acceptable and the employees polite and seemingly well intentioned.

Great, inexpensive meals! Food is always cooked to order!!! It's not like McDonalds or other fast food where the meats are sitting under a heat lamp. Sonic starts cooking the food as soon as the order is placed, so it's always hot and fresh!! Love this place!

One of the worst places I’ve ever dined. I ordered the single cheeseburger w/o condiments (I did specify no mustard, ketchup or mayo) and confirmed on the screen. It came with all three. I took it inside and explained that I’d ordered the burger w/o mustard, ketchup & mayo but it has all three. The person said “so, you want it plain with no vegetables?” I replied that I wanted lettuce & tomato but no mustard, ketchup or mayo. He did take care of it, but both times the burger was old & dry looking, the sandwich cold and unappetizing. I was surprised as it was still lunchtime, just 1 pm. Likewise, the tots and fries were not fresh. On a positive note, the chicken sandwich and onion rings were tasty. First and last time to visit a Sonic.

Food quality is spotty, and so is the customer service. Drinks are great, including shakes, and on a good day they have amazing burgers. The "but" here is that the owner needs to employ competent staff to fix consistancy issues in the food and better customer service.

Sonic in general is not great but the Rock Springs location is beyond terrible. My orders have been wrong more than they have been right. The last time I went my order was, once again, wrong. The manager was extremely rude and insinuated that I was a scam artist, I did end up getting what I ordered. I always use the app and the last 2 times have been a complete nightmare. Maybe look into the technical issues regarding the app instead of blaming the customer. I will never return to this location again and I can not imagine I will giving any Sonic my business in the future

Not all Sonics are created equal. This one was a cut above. Great service. Fresh burger. Drinks were mixed perfectly. Very Covid-19 conscience. Wish it was in my town and I wasn't just passing through. My Sonic at home isn't nearly as well managed.

The kid that brought my order to my car didn't look old enough to legally have a job.
When she handed me my food she accidentally turned the bag upside down so an entire order of tots ended up on the floor between my seat and the door. Luckily my dog was with me.
The server didn't seem to know how to address that mess up so just hot footed it away.
I didn't have the heart to complain about it.
The hot dog was good.

Sonic is Sonic. You either love it or you dis it. I happen to like their shakes, and I occasionally get food. All of that said, I think the staff there is pretty hard working & they do a great job. I've never had a screwed up order, and they hustle that drive through line, especially on the weekends after 8 when it's packed. Frankly, how they've never screwed up an order of mine when it's that busy is amazing - so yeah, great service here. Fast, hot food.

great food and the night manager was awesome. but the dudes taking the orders I'm not sure if the guy liked me I ordered 2 large fries and asked for a handle full of ketchup and he only gave me one.
