Simple Café

Don’t let the simple appearance fool you. This is by far one of the best brunch spots I’ve ever been to! Our server Carla was super friendly and attentive and the food came out very fast and super hot. The quality of the food is absolutely amazing and everything was well seasoned and presented beautifully. If you’re in the Lake Geneva area this place is a MUST TRY!

The air conditioning was broken (I'm not sure how long) so we opted to sit outside. Our waitress forgot about us because she definitely got our food order after the two tables that sat after us. The corned beef hash was ok. It had large chunks of chewy corned beef hash and the caramelized onions were overpowering. The atmosphere was trendy, but the service and food were not great.

Just wow. Ok, so I was really hungry but the Chicken Bowl was phenomenal. Super flavorful, every bite was delicious. I’m not an egg fan, but in this bowl it worked perfectly. Don’t change anything about this bowl, it is spot on. Can’t wait for our next trip to Lake Geneva to got back and order this again.

Fresh, well made food, diverse menu, they have a bakery next door. Popular breakfast place. I had a curry dish and loved it. Would definitely go back

As a meat lover I gotta tell you this place is so flavorful that you'll forget you're eating healthy!

It's been way to long since we've dined here because of covid, but how wonderful to come back! Food seems better than ever, staff is kind and service is excellent. So happy to come back on a regular basis now. And have to mention their fabulous bakery next door. Yummy! It's a must stop on the way out.

The food was absolutely delicious! Great service and would definitely come back. They had so many delicious options for myself (being vegan). My husband had the Korean bowl and said it was so flavorful!

Simple is a delicious brunch restaurant. The interior is nicely decorated and the food is very good. I also especially like any restaurant that offers a short stack of pancakes on the side. I was disappointed with the long wait for a table and the mediocre service.

Our server Joanne was the sweetest and most kid friendly server we’ve ever had!!! She put in the order for our 10 month old early so he would have something to eat while we waited for our food, brought over a new toy for him to play with, and even gave him a coupon for a free cookie at their bakery next door!!! If I could give them 10stars I would!!! Eating out with a little one can be tough but they make it so enjoyable ❤️ Thank you so much!!!
