I LOVE this place! The owner and team are very nice and engage every customer. I have read through some of these reviews, and people complaining about getting ignored, or the team taking a while are those that might want a strbxs type service- you are treated like a number and speed is the focus. That's not the customer experience I want. I’m willing to wait a minute for a great interaction. These ladies go out of their way to make sure I am leaving the stand with great coffee, made 100% my way, and with a smile on my face! That takes a couple extra minutes and effort, and I'm here for it. I will only go to this stand to get my day started for this reason. If they were to close- I would literally give up coffee. Every single lady there makes me feel like family and I have seen it with MANY of their customers. Way to go Audrey and Team!

I appreciate how these baristas function in such a small space. I watch how well this little jewel does and it is encouraging. Clearly the right people work here. Hannah is my favorite, but there all great. Keep up the great work Ladies!

Ive been going to this coffee stand for the last 10 plus years. I’ve always had positive interactions with the baristas and my coffee has always been on point. Thank you to all the amazing barista ladies and all your hard work in getting us caffeinated and ready for the day ❤️

This was my favorite coffee stand in town and I was always happy with this place... until recently when they stopped accepting loyalty cards. They claim it is due to "new management"! Since then, I have taken my business elsewhere!

This place is amazing and by far the best! It’s really sad to see so many people bashing on these young girls and being so entitled when they are doing their best. They work in a very small box and from my experience they have to balance two conversations on each side and it doesn’t seem easy. Customers also dominate the conversation especially when they are trying to speak to the customers on the other side, they talk over the barista and they do their best to talk to both sides. Every coffee stand has there malfunctions and if they have problems with their machine or card reader they are always super respectful and sorry for the inconvenience. I have also watched these girls be harassed and yelled at by customers for doing nothing wrong. People can be so mean to them. They have gone above and beyond for me and my family. I hope people see everyone is trying their best. They work very hard. I appreciate them and will always be a loyal customer

The best espresso stand in town! I love the staff so much they help get my mornings started the right way. Coffee is amazing, baristas are friendly, and they even have treats for my dog Odin. If you’re looking for a great coffee and people who take the time to know you and care, this is the stand for you!

normally i have time to stop by the coffee bean before work and one day i did. i pulled up to the window and waited nearly 10 minutes before the barista asked me for my order. she was talking to another customer on the other side of the window for almost 10 minutes. by the time she asked me for my order i had to go because i was going to be late. save the catching up for later! you have customers waiting.

The morning staff is by far some of the rudest people I have met. Will leave me sitting on my side without acknowledging that I am even there. Will be having a nice little conversation with people on the other side and I get treated like garbage. The morning staff is the manager and the owner. So thank you for making me feel like I am a worthless human being who doesn’t exist.

Customer service is top notch. The coffee bean is consistently amazing and patient because I am slow. My lady always knows exactly what she wants and I fumble my order through with the precision of a spoon...thanks for being awesome!
