Dutch Bros Coffee

Slow service from girl outside taking orders. No cars in front and at the order window...she was just chatting with gal holding us up. Then the guy at the window was petting the car in front of me dog and serving drinks. Then handed me my first drink made wrong....added cream but didnt stir.
Poor service all the way around.
Long trip ahead of me and started off with that whole Sunday crew being lazy.
Zero stars...

it was the best dutch bros i have ever been to and they were fast and they make the best caramelizer ever😩

Drink was average but I won't stop here again. I did the walk up window and trash was all over outside and inside.The stainless steel counter at the order window outside was covered in sticky slime, the final was when she handed me the tablet covered in slimey sticky nastiness and expects me to rub my finger on it to pay...Just think about it...This is being passed back and fourth between customers and employees...This place is filthy...GROSS!

Workers are always friendly. Usually a fast drive through. Prosser has long needed a Dutch Bros and this one is great.

Excellent service & finally a Dutch Bros that can actually make my drink the right way. I always order the crazy hawaiian freeze. All the other Dutch Bros cannot follow the right flavors when making my drinks.

I love the service and the coffee at Dutch so much I went 2 times today I. Definitely will be going back soon

I always love going to Dutch! Unfortunately, my drink wasn't made as I asked, but it was a funky request, so I'm not mad. I'll still go back every time!

Today is the Dec/15/19 3:00pm i ordered a coffe with 2 shots. What i got was mostly milk did they forget my coffe?? Didnt even taste like a regular one. Need to retrain employees.

Drinks was great, however the employee assisting me was too busy chatting with another employee and didin't really acknowledged me. Didn't have to wait long but the service could improve.

Ordered an iced coffee and got more ice than coffee, the menu lacked ingredients for the drinks and variety of drinks. I have been to other Dutch Bros and really enjoyed it, but the one in Prosser I will not stop at again.
