Icicle Village Resort

Room was very nice. Pool is heated and open year round.

Invited to stay here over the summer of 2021 with my friends and enjoyed our stay. Check in was easy, staff was responsive, polite and following Covid protocols. The interior and exterior was very cleanly. The pool area was relaxing and the complimentary breakfast had the right amount of options (although some of us did wish there was bacon). Parking was easy, we didn't worry about leaving anything outside but always best to be cautious and not leave any valuables in a vehicle anywhere. Conveniently located downtown which allowed us to leave our vehicle in their parking lot and take a 10-15 min walk to all of the shops and attractions. Booked another stay + spa package for my upcoming trip!

Very happy we chose this hotel. The room was well appointed and the bed was super comfortable. Really enjoyed the gas fireplace on a cold evening. Breakfast was included and very generous. The breakfast options changed daily. Thoughtful touches throughout, such as heaters in the hallway and a filling station for water bottles. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The room is spacious and clean. Soap, Shampoo, Conditioner, and lotion are all provided. There's a coffee machine, tea, coffee, and microwave inside the room but, no bottled water. You can always get free hot water, Tea and coffee 24/7 outside. They also have hot chocolate for free every evening. Luckily, I also got a killer view from my room which is a plus point. The room also comes with free breakfast, simple and delicious. On top of all the great amenities, the staffs were all very friendly and helpful. The overall experience were just great

We had our first family vacation here at the Icicle Village Resort. We had such a memorable time. I highly recommend this resort if you're looking for a great time in Leavenworth. Great for the family. We loved the game room in which we visited daily. Wish they would open the arcade room up. But did love the terminator game available. Everything 5 star! Great job Icicle Village. Will be back next time we are here.

This hotel is very clean. We brought our new puppy. They have the pet friendly rooms set up so well, with food and water bowls on a mat, and when you check in, they gave him bones, and a strawberry squeaky toy, which is his very favorite thing...who knew?! I'd definitely stay here again and again. Breakfast was included and was very good. We ate dinner in the restaurant one night too, which was just okay but they're still getting 5 stars because we're picky eaters so probably more critical than most.

Positive: The restaurant connected to the hotel was excellent in both food and service. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was great. Negative: The only way to control the heat in the room was to shut the AC/heater system off. The auto mode did not work and when I called the maintenance man for repair he did not know anything about it. I had to explain how it should work.

WORKING TOWARD summer nonetheless it is so nice lovely mini golf.

Literally one of the best hotels in leavenworth. The condo section. So spacious. Clean. Great ac. Loved all the amenities. The pool. Put put golf. Just love this place. About a half mile walk to the heart of town which is perfect to walk off meals
