I chose this place even though other hotels in Leavenworth had better amenities for the price, because they had EV charging listed as an accommodation. Their charger was broken, they had no backup method (i.e. a Tesla to J-1772 adapter) and they provided no discount or alternate accommodation. Breakfast is mediocre, other spots in the area are a better value with better service.
The staff It's kind, and attentive to what I needed during my stayed at the Resort. They have a room with games and other activities. A heated swimming pool. Beautiful place.
We stay in hotels once a month and we’ve stayed in Leavenworth on multiple this place was awful! We would recommend staying at Hampton Inn. To set the scene, we live 2.5 hours from Leavenworth off of HWY 2d it was closed and so was Snoqualmie so we had to go AROUND 6+ hours with two autistic toddlers and a 7 month old. When we checked in the sidewalks weren’t cleared so we had a hard time getting our handicap wagon into the building. Then when we get there we hear kids in their rooms and in the halls screaming (which was fine we figured Xmas eve and kids) but WE get a noise complaint after our kids finally getting out of the car. Then I got a text about Xmas dinner cancellations and I called several times to be told oh sorry we can’t seat a party of 5 after asking how many in our party! Then the shower and beds were gross. $500 a night is FRAUD. Alex and the older maintenance guy were the only ones who made the stay worth while.
This place hasn't been remodeled since the 80's. Rooms were very musky and moldy. I spent over $700 to make my own bed and clean my own room. Don't recommend this place to anyone. I recommend a bulldozer to hit it hard. What a DISAPPOINTMENT.
Got to our room and it was wonderful. There was a leak in the ceiling so they moved us to a condo, it was bigger bit farther from the restaurant, which was the only downside. Great visit!
One of the best places to stay at in Leavenworth. They have a spa, hot water pool, a mini golf course, is quite close to the Front Street and staff is helpful, and caters to any special requests or decorations if asked for.
Icicle Village Resort is a great place to stay in Leavenworth, with the beautiful mountains as a backdrop. The resort has a swimming pool, hot tub, jacuzzi, and massage. Plus the entertainment items such as foosball and mini golf. But you have to pay to play golf. However, breakfast is a part of the deal and delicious.
I would have given this resort five stars, but a few things happened during my stay. The bedroom walls and ceiling appeared to make out of sheetrock. I could hear the footsteps when the guests were upstairs walking. When I turned the Heater/AC unit to 76°F, I smelled the dust. I switched the unit to A/C and headed out of the room. When I returned a couple of hours later, the smell was gone. So, that helps. The fan in the bathroom was so loud I was afraid to turn it on during the wee hours -- didn't want to wake anybody up. The cost for the room I stayed in was $370 per night.

First, I want to say a huge thank you for your hospitality. It was our first time, but definitely not the last. The area is beautiful, everything is nearby. Every time we asked for bath salt, shampoo, towels extra.. everything was given without objection. Every time only positive. We had a washing machine + dryer in our house, which is very convenient. Gorgeous fireplace and warmth. Also excellent fresh breakfasts, everyone could also take away. Here you rest your soul, which we did. 🤩

Good location and spacious rooms. Kids friendly and lots of gaming activities. Breakfast could have been better.
