Icicle Village Resort

Decent resort. If you are looking for stay right in town it is a bit of walk. Close to a mile to the main park in downtown. Front desk service was great. I feel bad because i was rude since room wasn't ready right away but gentlemen up front was very nice and friendly. Restaurant on property had horrible service.

If you have never had the opportunity to experience this winter wonderland . This is a must have on your bucket list . Leavenworth Washington is one destination that will transport you to a Bavarian village and make you rekindle those magical dreams as a child you once had . With the snow covered peaks and the Christmas lights aglow .

Spent 3000 dollars to stay here. Concierge phones in both rooms not working, coffee pot not working, washer dryer not working, and while waiting for room that was a connection of our 6 day stay was made to wait in the cold and lobby. Do not stay here, stay in town possibly Ritterhaus

Everything is perfect, but the bathroom needs remodeling because it's so small.

Definitely better than a 2-star hotel. Not sure where Google got that rating. Very quick and smooth check-in process. I showed up early, and my room wasn't ready yet. They called me once it was ready for me to check in. Check out was done by text so I could just go straight from my room to my car. Breakfast was quite good. The restaurant was good as well for dinner. Room was very comfy. They're within about a 12-min walk to the downtown area. Closer to the park for some nice walking and scenery. WiFi was excellent and supported streaming without a hitch. Shower had great water pressure. All around an excellent experience.

This whole facility is amazingly well kept. JJ's Grill is the restaurant just off the lobby of the main building. The staff and the food are great! Top notch all the way. I look forward to our next stay. Oh, the breakfast buffet is complimentary with your stay.

We stayed for two nights in a Grand Fireplace View King. It was on the main floor with direct access to a yard and the main pool. The room, staff, dining room, and amenities were great. We will be staying here again, just not in any western facing rooms.
We were not notified of a large corporate gathering happening just 15 feet from our window. The noise was persistent and LOUD until 10 pm for two nights in a row. Children were playing on our patio, driving our dog mad and we didn't get to enjoy the view because our blinds had to be shut (didn't want to give drunk business men a show). It was impossible to relax and we found ourselves not wanting to be in the suite. A real bummer, considering the money we spent on it.
Hopefully our next stay is better, because the location is great.
