Icicle Village Resort

Nice German-town themed hotel just a short walk from the city's main attractions. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We did not eat at the hotel's restaurant but heard good things. The mini golf is oddly expensive (not included for guests) but it's a fun/decently maintained course.

Bottom line: worth the short stay

Easy check in, great pro active staff. Clean facilities. Love the eco friendly soaps in the bathroom. The included breakfast was amazing.. no complaints

Beautiful facility and nicely positioned near the highway but not too far from the shopping and attractions. Jacuzzi condos would benefit from upgrading to tankless water heaters but otherwise beautiful rooms.

Great miniature golf course! Staff were very friendly and helpful in getting us started, and then we had the course pretty much to ourselves. Fun way to spend the afternoon!

Paid a small fortune for a 3 bedroom condo for my family of 6. It was very nice, except the living room had 4 chairs and no couch. Did I mention family of 6? My 4 kids argued over chairs and that was when there were 4 available. 2 people never had a place to sit. Epic furniture fail in our particular unit, which made for a fairly negative experience.

Overall the property is nice. We got a room with a view but it was a view of the pool on the ground floor which was noisy. There's absolutely no sound proofing between the rooms and floor above, you can hear every conversation. If you're a light sleeper and need the quietness, ask for top floor maybe.

I absolutely love Leavenworth, and the community of people who live and work here. I brought my boyfriend here for the first time, and we chose to stay at this resort. The atmosphere was enchanting, the front seat was helpful and courteous, and the amenities were great! The room was clean and well situated, it had everything we needed and wanted!

Upon leaving, I realized I left a small pair of stud earrings on the bathroom counter; I called immediately and the front desk was quick about locating them and even offered to mail them to me. We will definitely be back!

The resort was clean and welcoming. We loved that there were a couple options for pools and spas and also that there was a restaurant on the property. Overall though, underwhelming for the price. We assumed mini golf was included in our stay but found out it wasn’t. The room included a fridge and microwave and is a short walk away from town. Overall, great hotel just wish you got a little more for your money.

Excellent customer service, the bedrooms are pretty comfortable and the restaurant take orders until 10pm or so. It's a warm and pretty place. The restaurant is goood! And the breakfast is included, really good also. Many options.

Pretty average overall. It's a nice looking hotel, however the rooms are pretty hot and humid. The AC only does so much for a family of five staying here.
