My wife booked this weekend for us as a birthday gift for me, and it was perfect! The free breakfast buffet was amazing! Dinner at the Resort Restaurant was delicious as well. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We came home completely refreshed. We can't wait to go back with our kids!

I stayed in the Schumann suite with jetted tub and it was worth every penny! This is the first trip I’ve been on in a long time where nothing was bad about it. The room? Spotless and cozy. The breakfast? Free and up to par with breakfast diners. The staff? So friendly, they remembered my name and helped me find a perfect spot to propose. Thank you for making my stay literally perfect!

This is by far my favorite place to stay when in Leavenworth. It is conveniently about 15 min walking trip to Downtown and the views are AMAZING! The resort was very clean and felt so cozy. Our kiddos loved the little train in the dinning area. The breakfast was DELICIOUS, I loved the diversity of food. I wish I could've stayed longer but this resort has become my place to go to.

Super cozy resort with comfy beds and beautiful views. We spent our anniversary trip here. I like that it's more on the outskirts of the town, it's a bit more of a walk/drive, but was so peacefully quiet and we heard no road noise. The golf course was also super fun! The restaurant and spa that are adjacent are also really great!

Definitely not a 2 star hotel! The place is extremely clean with plush pillows and comfortable mattresses. Staff were friendly and patient. They have a hall for hosting events and a nice small basketball court and mini golf park in the back. Breakfast was excellent, sausages were so good and juicy. Definitely recommend staying here when in Leavenworth!

Friendly staff, beautiful lobby, "village" atmosphere were all very nice. Unfortunately our bed was horrible which cut our trip short because we were up all night trying to get comfortable. We requested a handicap room because my husband has cancer and we have a support dog for him. The large bathroom was very nice and everything was clean. But the bed was almost to the floor. It was strangely low which was difficult to get down and up from. The mattress was so lumpy and sagged in the middle. The pillows were flat. The other furniture in the room was cheap but adequate. The carpet was old. Very disappointing. 😞 For $300/night we expected a nice, comfortable bed.

This is not a resort you may be thinking of if you have ever stayed at a Gaylord hotel type resort or better. Room quality and amenities are not on par with $500 a night charge. I had to change my room due to a leak in ceiling above the shower. The room I was moved to had the same damage above the shower, just not actively leaking when showering. Furniture and chairs in rooms are older and seasoned. Beds and headboards are newer. Updates were done but it is not on par with what other $500 a night resorts I have stayed in around the United States or even Overseas. Manage your expectations, as this was a let down.

Staff is very hospitable and accommodating, rooms are pretty clean with minor issues. Complimentary breakfast was nice.

We stayed at the Adams one bedroom condo and loved everything about it. The bedroom has a giant jacuzzi, big enough for two, which was so good after hiking. Breakfast at the hotel is included with the stay which I also appreciated. I am on vacation right? Kitchen has ample supplies and the washer and dryer make it easy to stay more than a day without over packing.
Looking forward to coming in the summer and float down the river .
I would encourage weekday visits because the town is busy on the weekends.

Liked the resort. Staff was friendly and the place was clean. The place as a whole could definitely use some updates though. It almost seemed like the place was specificly designed for an older generation. And no I'm not talking about the decorations. We were able to stay in one of the suites which was nice. However the place was full of metal support rails on the walls, and the big walk in shower had a giant white Rubbermaid chair inside. It just seemed odd that a suite that should be elegant would have these things inside. Have the giant Rubbermaid chair available upon request if someone needs it.

The service was incredible, and so is the view even though I didn't get the creek view that I was hoping for. The one "con" is also a "pro".. it's just far enough away from the village that you don't want to walk to the village in the snow in the cold, but at the same time I was happy that was far enough away so I didn't have to listen to the center Park and be kept awake with all the lights 🤗. I left that I finally was able to swim in a pool and hot tub while it snowed ❣️❄️ the staff were all amazing and so nice and helpful.. especially our waiter and the restaurant, he was GREAT! even though this was our first time, this is our "go to place" when we come back!!
