Blue Ridge Cafe & Catering

We had a baby shower here in their banquet room which was a catered meal with a light meal fare. The staff, especially, Sue saw to all our needs. We had family and friends gather and a great time was enjoyed by all.

I highly recommend The Blue Ridge Cafe to anyone who would like to plan a special event.

Country fried chicken was delicious. The meatloaf was average, the gravy with the meatloaf did help enhance the taste. Waitress was very kind to us.

Friendly staff, food was great, clean restaurant. French dip and monte cristo was one of the best we have had! Pictures were taken halfway through the meal!

Processed, McDonald's like "chicken" tenders, chewy steaks. Do not recommend. Food overall was just OK, you can get the same at IHOP for half price, same quality. Service was good.

Great food never had problems with my order, some waitresses are more friendly than others just saying...

One of my favorite places to eat in Ruckersville. Great service, food, and prices.

2.9.2023 went for lunch. Just as good as dinner experiences.

We were very pleased with our dining experience. Our server, Sierra, was patient with our children, respectful, and always thinking ahead to our needs. The food was good. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5 was that the price is slightly steep for a family of five, but the experience and food were good.

The food is wonderful. Waitresses are generally very nice. I don't like the way the managers run things. Their taxes are tipped. The waitress/waiters deserve to keep their tips without being taxed! As far as atmosphere goes, the bar side of the restaurant the tables are really close to the queen machines, so that causes a little disruptive movement from having to squeeze by people often. Overall a decent place!

Called to place a takeout order and the message said if you place an order online you get 10% off. FALSE! Not only do you NOT get the discount as stated, they tack on an order processing fee! Seriously!?!? As if the food isn't expensive enough, they have to add on extra fees when they should be providing a discount, per their voice message.
My Monte Cristo and sweet potato tots were soggy. My daughter said the mozzarella sticks were good and the boneless wings were just okay.
In addition, if they're going to offer curbside pickup, that should be a menu option when you call the number to have your order brought out upon arrival. Will think twice abt eating here again. Overall, not very pleased for a $42 lunch.

Don’t waste your time ordering curbside to go, too much of a hassle and inconvenience. I waited an extra 15 minutes outside for an order that was all wrong. Just simply asked for a refund for the items that were wrong so I didn’t have to wait any longer for them to remake the food. Ended up waiting an extra 20 minutes for a refund anyway. Left with cold food and now having to figure out something for my 2 little ones to eat. Absolutely unacceptable.
