We stopped in while passing through town. I highly recommend their Blue Ridge Meatloaf! It had a great smoky bbq flavor! The staff were great and the food was excellent. I can definitely see why this place is popular.

Delicious food and friendly staff.
The fried fish and onion rings were great, and they had a special for bananas foster cheesecake which was amazing.
Looking forward to eating here again.

The food and service at Blue Ridge Cafe was wonderful! Nicole was very sweet and helpful throughout our meal and even gave some helpful info about nearby accommodations. The Southwestern Salad was huge and full of flavor. Will likely return again while we are in the area.

The salad that came as a side with my entrée was so good and fresh that on my next visit I may just get the larger salad as my entrée. So here we are 6 months later and the salad is still great and we can add the cod fish dinner and the frostiest mug of draft to the reasons you have to try The Blue Ridge Cafe. On our most recent visit, Betty L. our waitperson went out of her way to provide excellent service and make us feel at home.

Went for their Thanksgiving dinner. Our scheduled time to eat was 12:00. We have eaten there for Thanksgiving before and it was buffet style. I did realize it would not be with Covid but had hoped that you would be able to choose what you would get on your plate. Well the appetizers you had to choose from were 2 seafood (I don't eat seafood) and a sausage pinwheel. They had what they called a harvest salad which was made from what looked like spring mix greens with apples, pecans and croutons with some kind of dressing that I thought was sour. The main plate had couple slices each of Turkey and ham both of which were dry. There was stuffing and corn pudding(I don't eat either). There was sweet potato casserole and green beans with no seasoning at all in them. There were some on our group that were drinking coffee and they had to wait almost 30 minutes after they had asked for a refill, had to ask a different waitress for it. Overall I was very unhappy with the food selection. It appeared that the plates were made in advance and just reheated. I did expect better since the price had increased $10.00 from the buffet 2 years ago.

We were passing through on business and stopped here last night for dinner off a recommendation from our client who is a local. I’ll start by our waitress- Trina, she was absolutely one of the best I’ve had. Her attention to detail and willingness to serve her customers is something that many others could learn from. She said she had only been there 2 weeks- I hope someone in management reads this because after observing her with our table and her other guests; and observing other waiting staff with their tables- I HIGHLY suggest Trina be considered for a training position.
Next I will say the atmosphere and menu selection is great. I can tell the restaurant is kept clean and updated. The menu has such a variety I had such a hard time deciding. I did end up going with the BBQ Chicken meal. I didn’t realize it came fried and was a little discouraged when my food arrived and it was fried- THIS WAS MY OWN FAULT. However, I ate it anyways and it was amazing. I don’t usually order fried chicken anywhere because it’s typically over breaded and over cooked. Not the case here- it was perfect. I had the Cole slaw and Caesar salad as my sides- very good as well.
Good service.
Good selection.
Good prices.
I wish we didn’t live 800 miles away or we would be regulars as well.

So disappointed! We were told we were able to sit at a table. Then Heather the older manager came over an said there was a reservation in 5 min for our table and made us move, I told her I had been waiting for at least 20 mins for someone to take our order. Once we moved thank goodness Keegan came over an helped us and took our order . While we were there no one ever sat at the table Heather made us move from . Heather was very rude and seemed like she was being very unprofessional and discriminating when she made us move tables and also looked like she has just rolled out of bed and just in a over all bad mood . Service was good but Heather the manager was very rude an made it very uncomfortable for us while we tried to dine😢

We frequently dine at Blue Ridge Cafe. Our recent dining experience was very nice. Since we had a larger party of 7, I had called ahead to reserve a table. I wanted to request seating in the back room just beyond the bathrooms (I think it is called the Blue Ridge Room). When we arrived, the staff had already set-up our table. The atmosphere in that room added to the experience. Our waitress, Trish, took very good care of us.
