Horrible customer service. They have 4 secured wifis and one unsecured. They don't share the password and the unsecured wifi is weak.

I love the breakfast and lunch menu here. The patio is amazing on a lovely day!

My first visit was very nice. Sat upstairs on stools around a large table. My Cafe Americano was good and the soup of the day (ham and lentil) was outstanding. Look forward to going back again.

Lake Anne Coffee House is a great spot if you go off hours. Any other time, it takes FOREVER; to get your food (45-1 hour) and you’ll be lucky if it’s actually what you ordered.

This has reopened under new management-- they did a gut renovation and the new place is beautiful and clean and bright-- coffee shop on the first story, wine bar on the second. I had a delicious latte + pop tart the other day and will be returning soon to try more.

I don't know how their coffee is, but their London Fog is top notch. Food is usually pretty good to great too. Cool community hub, great location.

Nice outside place to have a coffee specially in spring and summer time. Expresso coffee is very good. Nice view and kind attendants. There is an inside part, but I didn't go there as upstairs where wine could be served.

Coffee really isn't that great and the staff in the wine room needs to find another place to dump ice into their bucket, not next to patrons. It'd also be nice if either of them asked us if they could get us anything, and for the staff working the coffee area to not be chatting in the back room while ignoring the line.

Nice coffee shop, can't say a lot about the wine - haven't tasted it here.
