Decided to walk around my city and try some new places for me. Ordered a earl grey tea with honey and a cup of ice water. The teenager behind the counter informed me with a very rude tone that I could get complimentary water at there water station. I looked over at the station and it didn’t have ice. I asked for ice water with actual ice cubes in the cup. She informed me that she would have to charge me for a cup of ice water if I went over a certain size. Anyways, after that exchange she went to get my tea and didn’t give me honey. When I asked for the honey she said she couldn’t legally put honey into my tea for me and that they only have honey packets. Maybe it was just one person but I will not be coming back to this place. First impressions make a world of difference and it should be taught to everyone working in customer service.

Not great, but decent coffee. Got a bunch of teenagers working here, though, who have customer service skills one would expect of HS students. Two actual adults could do the work of the four of them behind the counter now.

My design team used it to meet up. This coffee shop is super cute. The food is great. Absolutely loved the fresh blueberry muffin and tuna sandwich.

Meh. Mini-mall coffee shop. The very first thing you are presented after your order is a large TIPS screen. Polite people, decent food and coffee, but nothing special and more expensive than necessary.
One hour Wi-Fi passes do not make a customer feel special. Either provide WiFi and live with people camping out in your shop, or don't.

Fantastic place. The people are very nice, they take care of the customers. Excellent quality coffee that is prepared by people who know how to make espresso so it tastes good every time.

We love Greenberries, and have always had a wonderful experience but because of one rude teenage barista this morning, we won't be returning for a while. The regular employees at this Greenberries are fantastic and make it feel like a small town coffee shop which is why we always came here.

Today I ordered a large apple cider and did not add a tip. I noticed the teenager who took my order whispered something to the teenager who prepared my order and few minutes later I got a SMALL apple cider instead. When I asked about the size, the teenager ironically said sorry and gave me a large one, which tasted pretty bad. I guess that's what I got for not leaving a tip. won't go back there again. Ps. next time you're there, watch how their faces immediately change when you don't add the tip.

A great spot with wonderful coffee and scones. I had the butterscotch scone which was a perfect treat. The staff was friendly and the coffee was tasty. I enjoyed the outdoor seating area.

The “smoothie” is basically some sort of canned ice candy drink. The Greens one tastes like a jolly rancher in ice. Gross. No sandwiches. Burnt tasting stale bean lattes. Overall gross waste of money. Website is just a franchise marketing joyless cash grab. 🤢 🤮

Do Not Go Here if you want more than 60 minutes of WiFi. I wanted to try a new place and planned to work here for an hour or so. I was told that I could get another 60 minutes of WiFi after my time expired. When I approached the counter, I was told the policy just "changed 15 minutes ago" -- so WiFi is limited to 60 minutes. Starbucks is the place to go.
