Shotted Specialty Coffee

Spotted this great little coffee shop in the mall. The location is great right at one of the main entrances. My order was taken very quickly Kay. There was a lot of hood options. I went with one of their specialty drinks the Red Velvet Latte. It was hot and good. It was fairly priced as well.

Definitely a great spot to grab a great cup of coffee hot or iced. They even have tea. I enjoyed myself but they say company is everything. The baristas were pretty cool as well and worked with us as we were first time customers. They even allowed us to taste test some teas. I supremely enjoyed my experience and will be frequenting in the near future!

We got dragged to this place by friends, not knowing it was in the mall. The coffee exceeded expectations. It was excellent, and despite having a very long line and two people working everything came out really quickly. We tried the iced pistachio and the iced rose latte and they were both really good. Our friends got the red velvet and Spanish latte as well. Everyone was happy with their drinks.

It was my first time visiting Shotted because of its popularity I thought it’s worth the hype. I ordered Spanish latte which was tasteless, the only thing I could taste was too much sugar. I also ordered iced coffee which had nothing but ice cubes in a cup of black coffee. I think their staff needs to be bit friendly too. They answer to you like you have asked them a personal question and they are trying to ignore you. Overall: I think it’s a pretty good effort to copy Starbucks even with the price point but it’s not worth spending your money on something that doesn’t even make up to the quality that their competitors provide. FYI I am not talking about the desserts here, they must be very good. I am just talking about the drinks which it is known for.

I loved loved loved the iced pistachio latte!!!! They use actual pistachios to make the creamy sauce, it's evident in the taste and texture. A little sweet but heavenly. The espresso used was super good too. Might be my favorite coffee drink ever.

The pistachio iced latte is out of this world. I craved it so much for a week after that I had to make the hour long journey back! The pistachio cheesecake was my favorite (the creamy pistachio + crunch of the biscoff is so good) but the lotus cheesecake was a close second. The saffron cheesecake and also very pretty and delicious, and tastes like real saffron.

Their coffee and tea is 5 times better than Starbucks or other commercial chains.
Their Karak Chai is the best in US and as close to as it gets.. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I got an espresso. According to their menu it should be a double espresso. I got a size of a single one (or a double ristretto? But they don’t sell that here). It was really sour! My husband had a cortado, which was more like an European cappuccino size, but with to much steamed milk and not enough foam. Everybody else ordered iced lattes, so that’s probably what they are good at.

Racially profiled me on EID! I use to come almost everyday after work, they were always nice to me. On Eid, one of the workers asked me where I'm from, which is Morocco. Now they started to give me a size small when I order a large, and still charge me the price of large. I ordered a Karak and it was sweet milk with nothing in it. The color was WHITE.
They tell me that they ran out of pistachio, but gave it to friend of mine behind me (didnt know that we knew each other). Absolute shame! They started to reduce the quality of ingredients and prioritize the gulf Arabs. This is a disgrace and discriminatory - ILLEGAL. I know my rights and will not let this happen. If you only want to serve Saudis, then close this store and open one in Saudi only.

This place was packed. We stood in line a long while only to be told they were out of many pastries advertised. Many behind us were told the same thing. We told them to remove those items from the display so people in line won't have that option to choose. The service was subpar and I thought the tea was way to sweet. I may go back but will not stand in line. Not worth it
