Peet's Coffee

I often complain on American coffee but this one is GOOOD!!!! 😀 We tried Havana Cappuccino, amazing cinnamon flavour! Start your day here and it is going to be full of energy. Thank you Peet’s Coffee! You are decent! 👍

I didn’t expect too much before walking in, but it turned out that the interior decor and the food were actually pretty good. I ordered chocolate croissant and mocha, and both were good. They also proactively asked if I wanted my croissant heated. A nice place to quickly pick up some stuff for breakfast.

Having taste for Peet’s coffee yesterday and the Peet’s location convenient for me in Vienna is now Starbucks, Burke location is far away and their website indicating no dine-in I landed here. Peet’s seems to choose difficult to reach locations, easy to see from streets and challenging to get to the front door. General locations are known spots but getting to their storefronts is hard work. Few parking spaces in front of the store and spaces are narrower than most.

But the coffee is very good and the croissant I had with it was perfect. It was fresh, buttery and had the hallmark flaky crust of a quality croissant. I was there early, at open - no line, no crowd, no rush. Guarantee for excellent service, fresh coffee and pastry.

They take a long time to make your drink. The employees were talking to each other instead of making the drinks. The drink was consistently with Peet's Coffee flavor.

Ordered two to go boxes, picked up only one box because they were out of boxes, and got the rest of the coffee in 10 individual cups. I was told that it should the right amount. So it was fine with me…

…until I found out they were in 10 small cups and the weight was far off compared to the actual coffee box. My husband carried the bags coffee in cups assuming they were pastries - that’s how light it was. :( Only if I knew it before I left. Also for some reason the coffee box was prepared in an odd shape. No explanation or whatsoever.

This place has good coffee and I enjoyed their services and the cozy ambience every time I dined in. So this time I gave it a try ordering a larger amount for my church people, and now it seems like there won’t be enough coffee for everyone today.

Nice casual coffee chain. Coffee is quite good (better than Starbucks) and the quality of service we received was 5/5. Didn't get a chance to try the food, maybe next time.

The service at this location is always great. They make the same great drinks you expect from Peet's but the staff at this location is my favorite!

Positives: My drink was good (though overpriced for size)
Cons: This place hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Surfaces covered in sticky substances, bathroom trash overflowing, despite just opening for the day. Coffee beans spilled on counter and under scale and flow.

The best coffee shop there is. I travel a hour to have a cup of their coffee. They are family and know how to start my day. Hot or cold, YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!
