Product:
I initially thought it was overpriced, but the product is worth it! Take your barista friends to go with you, they will thank you.
Service:
Barista introduced themself by first name.
Preparation/presentation was on point.
-No mistakes were made at all.*
-Knowledge on product was extensive.*
Latte art was elegant but not overdone.
Environment:
Everything was clean! As soon as a table opened up, an employee cleared and wiped it clean.
Quiet to a whisper!
The lighting was great!
Seating was spread and no cramped corners.
Wi-Fi and password was easily available.
Overall: Perfect Score. Employees were engaging in conversation with the patrons. Nuances pleasantly surprised me, and encourage me to return.

Really great coffee...Ethiopian drip was legit! Great atmosphere with friendly and intentional staff. Def worth the trip from any part of Lynchburg.

Steve Horton

Good coffee, very friendly staff, comfortable environment, lots of seating, and of course the free WiFi. I gave 4 stars and not 5 because I only had the one coffee, and so my experience there was very limited, but that limited experience was very good.

Great coffee. The nitro is novel and very tasty. The baristas are very chill. The only downside is the slightly sterile atmosphere. But that's probably a matter of taste.

Best coffee! Such a quality experience all around! I moved two states away and every time I'm in town it's a must to stop at third wave!

Best shop in town! Jimmy & his crew are very knowledgeable about coffee, and passionate about teaching & sharing! Thank you guys, I will be back! Keep up the good work! :)

A little unexpected to find such a nice coffee shop in the Lynchburg area. The roast was a little light for my usual taste, but undeniably was well done despite my own preference.

The first time I went to Third Wave Coffee I got a Cortado & I have been hooked on Cortados ever since.. My first impression of the location itself is that it was a little bland. White walls, a few customers spread out. Though, it would seem that as time has passed, Third Wave has become much more of a "hot spot". I do wish they would do more with their walls though...

Just fantastic. This is a fine coffee shop, top three I've ever been to. I will be coming back every time I am around. I wish this was local to me.

Shannon “Mrs Robinson to you” Robinson

Delicious artisan coffees at reasonable prices. Love their lattes...nice and strong! Comfortable environment, family run. Highly recommended!
