The coffee is on par with all the other notable coffee spots in town. They do a lot of roasting for other establishments which is cool. Dave is a super nice guy and an all around beast. There is plenty of room here and everyone is usually pretty nice.

It was my first time there with my family. The lady at the register seemed kind of impatient to take our order, Wich is understandable given the fact that they only have 1 register for the whole place, my family wanted each a pastry of different kind , so I started to point at the pastry that each one wanted, but the lady didn't seemed to go and grab my selections, instead she would say the name of the pastries, expecting me to confirm the name and quantity of each, first of all this was my first time going there so I'm not familiar with the pastry names, and second the pastry signs where written in cursive writing, Wich makes it harder to read under pressure, wich I definitely felt , that is why I was pointing at them, thought it would be faster, rather me trying to read the names...I wish they would put a damn number for the sake of quick choosing. I didn't mine the high prices, the products were good, but definitely not felt welcome so I'm not coming back there any time soon.

Drove through town and grabbed coffee here. Parking is a little busy but the coffee was great and it’s always a good sign when the place is full with people working or socializing.

i met a boy here, which i am glad about, but as i waited, the coffee shop was an interesting experience. there was no music, it was very quiet, not too many seats available. i felt uncomfortable, but the barista man put me at ease with his kind words. i was surely the dirtiest person there and it didn't seem like i fit in very well. the business card selection needs to be restocked- i got a 2020 census reminder card 3 years late. anyways it was a nice place, i got a sticker because i support the grind, but i will not be returning. thanks

Large coffee shop located on Preston Ave. Parking could be difficult, but we arrived early enough on a Saturday morning that it wasn't an issue. A variety of roasts, drinks, and pastries are offered. I went with the Smoky Mountain (dark roast) with a splash of cream and was not disappointed. In fact, I went back for a second cup.

New to the area and was advised to check this place out! Just had a Cappuccino and was not disappointed! It’s OK to use your personal mug! Kudos for Eco-Friendly! I will return!

Best selection of coffee in Charlottesville. If you like pourovers, and getting to pick your region -- this is your spot. They offer coffee from all over the world, at great prices/great value. Also, a modern, comfortable spot to work from, or interact with others/enjoy some conversation.

Good coffee in a very interesting and fun space, lots of room with high ceilings and old couches and armchairs to sit in while you sip your coffee. Would definitely come back.

Cute coffee shop, loved the latte art. The muffins were kind of dry and I wasn’t able to finish it but I enjoyed my coffee!
