Red Hen Baking

This place has become a regular stop on the drive up to the Mad River Valley. The bakery section is incredible and they also offer a cool selection of sandwiches/meals and delicious coffee. Lots of fun merchandise too. The people who work there are the best part.

Ordered a turkey apple sandwich. It apples, lettuce one slice of cheese and no turkey. Better off going to Paneras.

Delicious food, slow-ish service.

Their breads are excellent! The pastry, most impressive. Even the sticky bun uses a delicate flaky crust, compared to a straight dough. One or two of the items are a tad overpriced, i.e. The shortbread cookies - very small - in a tight little package.

Always delicious baked goods and excellent sandwiches, excited to try their creemees when the mercury rises. Staff is friendly and attentive, we make sure to swing by whenever we’re in the area.

Great place to get a solid sandwich on great bread or just get a few loafs. They require masks for everyone, which was a plus to see. Worth a visit if you're in the area, even if you've had their bread before.

Loaded up on baked goods before leaving Vermont. So good. The lamination on the buttery, flaky croissants is to die for, the baguette had real deep flavor, and their breakfast sandwiches are tops. Really great coffee, plus you can pick up your maple syrup/stuff here too! Will definitely come here again when we move up to VT.

My all time favorite place for coffee and bread

My friend and I drive over 2 hours to go camping near this place just so we can get food from here. Amazing bread, baked goods, sandwiches, and good coffee. All the stars. I love you.
