This experience was one that would make me not go back. My room mate did the ice cream run and when she arrived home (which is not even 2 miles away our shakes were like water. they were horrible. She said that they told her they usually quit making shakes at 9. When I had called it was 10:03 and I spoke to a gal that was rude and not helpful at all . I explained that we just came and purchased 3 shakes and she said yes I remember. I proceeded to tell her that they were like water there was no malt at all and she just replied with YEA OKAY AND. so I asked if they were closed and she said yes I said okay can I come tomorrow and get a refund. She responded with YEA I THINK SO. I said okay thank you who should I speak to and she was talking to someone. I asked if she could leave a note for when I come back in and she said YEA. so they I asked who was on schedule for tomorrow to speak to and she said she did not know they did not have a schedule. and so I proceeded to ask her name and she said YEA and click hung up on me.

I called back a few minutes later and they answered and I explained the situation again and she said tomorrow we have two guys in the am shift and I requested their names on shift tonight and she muffled the phone and was hesitant and told me alexis and Maddy. Poor customer service, dis respect and I attempted to call the store yesterday to get a manager and she said she will take my number for the owner to call me about a refund and still absolutely no response.

Great ice cream. Could very easily become a habit.

Horrible customer service! We've been going here for years. The Manager treated my kids awful, they ordered chocolate ice cream in a vanilla bowl and I guess trying to be funny they put about a half cup of cinnamon in it. When their grandpa went back to get a refund the Manager said they asked for cinnamon(they didnt)He did give them a refund, but we won't be going there ever again.

Fast friendly service, lots of options

When we walked in the young lady had a poor attitude as she was getting her ice cream ready she was not wearing gloves and touching everything including our ice cream my little girl got the apple ice cream with marshmallows and it was nasty and I even taste it and I’m like oh my God so I talked to the young lady about it and she rolled her eyes as if it wasn’t nothing I worked very hard for my money and I chose to come to your restaurant when I could’ve went Next door or somewhere else And not once did she ask if she can get my little girl something else as I gave her my little girls ice cream she threw it away and proceeded to go to the back as if I did not exist poor service are in poor cleaning this

Try to get a treat here every time i'm in Roy visiting family!! I seriously miss the old name though Rob's Frosted Rock. This has been and always will be my favorite ice cream parlor in Utah!! keep up the great work guys!!

We sat in the drive thru for over a half an hour on a Sunday evening, while one car got through. We ended up finally being able to reverse out of the drive thru once the car behind us left. I can't review anything else because I figured half an hour was beyond rediculous to get one person served out of the drive thru...

Little disappointed on my last trip here... I was hoping to use some of my rewards for the grandbabies since I was between paydays ...but there system was down ... I couldn't evan count that visit for future rewards...then to top it off I asked for a waffle bowl & Rocky Road as my ice cream so two mixes the nuts & almonds and the darker chocolate ice cream (really not that hard) ...before I left I looked at mine and there was no marshmallows so I asked to have some put on top... the little gal was a tad unpleasant about it but did ultimately put some on top ...

I loved it here. The eating area was bright open, and clean; and the server very delightful. They have great ice cream options at a good price.

1 of my favorite places to get ice cream! All homemade!! Multiple flavors & they let you sample it to make sure you like it!! Excellent service!!
