I went here thinking it was going to be like a Farr’s ice cream but it was like a knock off Coldstone. The ice cream is good, but too soft and runny. It’s a cute little shop though.

Good overall, but the consistency of the quality of ice cream needs improvement. We live nearby and love local places, so the first time we tried this place about a year and a half ago it was pretty good. Two weeks ago I wanted a good treat and decided to get the medium vanilla with m&ms and the consistency of the ice cream was off as I could distinctively see and taste just the sugar granules. I was disappointed in spending $6 and not enjoying it at all.

I come in quite frequently and get the same thing every time. There’s always a really nice girl working in there around lunch time, blonde hair kind of tall. She never fails to get my order made perfectly and in a reasonable amount of time! 110% would recommend to a friend.

The employees here are some of the most polite & friendly people still working in sales/customer relations! Most of them are younger adults, teens and they still greet with a smile and thank you even though they literally did all the work! Ice cream flavors and mix ins are great but its really the employees that keep us driving 15 miles to come back to this location. THANK YOU BIG SCOOP TEAM!

Sorry to say this play is not worth it. I love ice cream (I tried 2 items the first time and 4 the second), tried this place months ago and was extremely disappointed. Decided to give it another shot and same result. If you only want your ice cream to be a cold paste to hold toppings together this will work for you, if you expect the ice cream flavors to actually have a decent stand alone taste then don't waste your time or money. I could talk about how the price is ridiculous but there's not really a price that I'd feel like eating here, it simply is gross.

Ice cream is always great and staff is always friendly. It's always nice and quiet when I go. The half cup with praline ice cream and cheesecake bite mix-in is the best! 😋

Went on Thursday night this week and the two kids working did an awesome job! I would not be as happy as they were in such a stressful situation. The drive thru was packed as well as the lobby and they handled it like champs and with such good attitudes! They definitely need more help!! Crazy that it’s only two of them. We left at closing (10pm) and they still had a line of cars in the drive thru to take care of!!! We come here all the time and it’s like this every time we go so they definitely should get more people scheduled to help out!

We love the ice cream! And the amount of ice cream you get is definitely worth the price!

Super delicious and super creamy. Honestly the best ice cream I've had living and working in Utah my whole life. The flavors are exceptional and my favorite combo is cake batter with cheesecake bites and Nutella. Service is always great and we love that it's local!!

Got a gallon of ice cream for my family, I only live 2 minutes away from the store, when I got home it wasn’t ice cream it was basically soup. I ordered 2 flavors and only got 1. I waited for the ice cream for a long time and the whole thing was very disappointing!

It's kinda pricey. I got 2 sizes(lard and small w/free add in) and I swear my daughters small had more ice cream than my large.

Update: 5/12/21.I have now come back 3 times. And the service has been excellent. Portions were great.
