Big Scoops Creamery

I stopped in sometime last fall to treat my granddaughter and myself. We were the only two people in the shop so we decided to stay and eat our ice cream cones there. The ice cream was amazing and the staff was pleasant and welcoming. When I wanted to surprise a family member with an ice cream cake for her birthday a few weeks ago, I called the store to see what they had. The employee I spoke with was extremely helpful. He repeated the descriptions of each ice cream cake more than once and was so patient with me. After finally choosing one (they all sounded delicious!) I asked them to hold it for me and I gave them my name. Sure enough, three hours later when I went to pick it up it was still there. My whole family enjoyed the ice cream cake (we added the candles). I've been here twice now and I'll definitely be back!

Friendly staff and delicious ice cream. The dipped waffle bowls taste better than they look and they're beautiful. You should try the fudge brownie with cheesecake bites and a dipped bowl with nuts.

Went in some time last week wanted a gallon of amaretto with cherry mix in the kid ALEX helped us and was very disappointed did a poor job doin the mix in and only filled it up half way but he sure did charge full price for the gallon when he only filled it up half way went in last nite same kid ALEX wanted 1 gallons they were out of gallon containers so he used different size containers to equal the gallon but charged us for each container he used paid $50 for this not to happy when he helps me 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

Meh... it was alright ice cream. Not too dense.
It was cold, and it checks that box.
Texture was good and chewy, but the flavors were lacking in something...

I wish they offered a sugar free option so I could enjoy a treat with my family. They, however, were very happy with their ice cream.

The customer service was great and it wasn't busy when we visited here. The staff was helpful and informative through the whole process.

The flavor of ice cream was a bit one sided. I love flavor but it was a bit too much for me.

Overall, we had a good experience but wouldn't go out of our way to only come here, like we do for something like Tony Burgers.

I don’t usually put poor reviews but this is well deserved. First off, I would’ve given 1 star, but it was the absolute worst customer service and staff I’ve ever encountered, (rude high school kids,), talking bad with the window opened to hear their terrible mouths and bullying customers. Way over priced!!! Staff had immediate attitude just for asking a question on their menu!!! Save your money and go ANYWHERE else!!!

It was close to closing. They didn't mix the fixings in with the icecream and got my order wrong. I was charged $14.00 for 1 scoops of icecream with butterfinger sprinkled on one and 1 scoop of icecream with apple filling put on it in a waffle cup. I was very disappointed.

We were pretty let down with this place. The ice cream didn’t have flavor and the waffle cone was extremely stale and tasted awful. Everything just tasted old

Ice cream barely had any flavor and was sticky. It didn’t seem to be very well kept on the inside of the shop either. Pictures looked promising but very let down once we arrived.
