These guys treat their employees completely unprofessionally. I know...it’s just an ice cream shop, what do you expect? I am an HR business partner for a major corporation and it’s sad to see businesses like this have immature, unreasonable and untrained managers. We have a family friend that works at the Utah location. She had a medical emergency and upon calling into work to take time off to get well, the response from this management team was that she essentially needed to “suck it up and cover her shift.”
Even though it’s just an ice cream shop....this is complete non-sense and extremely unethical. What a bummer because the ice cream is great - service is great - but based off the way this situation was handled, we will no longer be giving this company our business.

This place has gone down hill fast ! We ordered vanilla bowls and they are brown/black (burnt) , the big rock is the same size as a small but costs more and the ice cream has no flavor!

My first time in Roy, we went to this place. They originally had gotten my order wrong. Put Heath bars instead of Butterfinger. They immediately got me a new ice cream (bigger size too). What's more, is they put a dollar around my cup. Plus the ice cream was delicious and very creamy. Highly recommend this place!

Walked in, it was slow. Got no greetings, and the employees were very silent. My friend kept saying "what?" To everything they said. They took so long to finish the order of the person in front of us, that order being ONE ice cream cone, and when it was our turn we simply got an awkward stare, no "Hi! How are you?". The place is nice and smells delightful, but the two employees sucked the life out of the place. My friend's order was also wrong, despite repeatedly, and very clearly saying it.

The girls were talking more to their co-workers than the customers. It kind of disappointed me. I am Brooke's friend and I was hoping for more enthusiasm.

Fantastic ice cream, cold stone for mix-ins, homemade waffle cones and bowls (vanilla, chocolate and cinnamon!), good prices, great service. Also on menu were a wide variety of specialty coffee drinks and Italian ices. Kiddie sizes were inexpensive and all sizes were generously proportioned.

I ordered an ice cream cake from this company for my daughters birthday. It was awful. I asked for a pink cake with gold decoration. I got a giant pink sheet cake with a gold brim. The happy birthday writing I got looked like a 6 year old did it. I paid $7 for a princess crown topper. The topper I received looks like garbage. I can’t believe I paid $60 for this cake.

Although there is coffee, cappuccino, late’s and specialty drinks in the menus the employee in a Saturday night responded to a request for coffee with “sorry were an ice cream shop we don’t specialize in coffee”... we bring our kids in for ice cream frequently and I have ordered specialty coffees in the past with no problems so to have a teenage boy behind the counter respond to my request this way was very disheartening and makes me consider taking my kids someplace else in the future. The owners should know that their workers are losing revenue for them.

Very disappointed. We arrived for our daughters graduation celebration st 10:30 pm they are open until 11. Got our ice cream. Some were huge some were melty and not the same. Not being picky but it was strange. We start estimating g and one of the girls stands on the counter and announces we all have to eat up and leave they want to clean as n and l.j eave? They chased another large table out as well.

Used to be a favorite place but I won't be back. Today stopped in for a Father's Day shake to bring to my Dad. There were three employees, high school kids, none wearing masks. I asked in a friendly manner why no masks, and was told that the covid was pretty much gone now, and besides "we're all young and we don't care if we get sick". I don't blame the teenagers for this stupidity, but I do blame the owner for not educating his employees.
