Einstein Bros. Bagels

Pretty bad!! We came here today with some friends and they got all of our orders wrong. They forgot to put meat on everyone’s sandwiches, and then, they left the cheese paper wrappers on the cheese in the sandwich. It was pretty embarrassing because we told our friends how much we loved this place.....

The bagels were great. The service was excellent. Being a bakery style place, the hours are different than most places. This means I didn't get to go here a lot as the hours weren't always convenient for me.

I picked up bagels on the morning I was proposing to my girlfriend. When I told them my plans, they gave me the employee discount and wished me luck. Great staff! Great bagels!

Love. Fantastic as always. But, HUGE tripping hazard seems like a injury lawsuit waiting to happen.

Very disappointing. They were stingy with the avocado I paid extra for (I couldn't even see it on the sandwich, I took it in and they took it apart to show me the measly little spread), every worker was cold and snobby (I dealt with three different ones), and it was overpriced. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else for breakfast.

Took 45 minutes to get 4 bagels! Got home and was only given 3!
Dang! How hard can it be to smear cream cheese on 4 bagels? Especially when I was only given 3!! 😢

Cold chicken, cold breakfast sandwhich, and they forgot to put egg in my sandwich entirely. Ended up having to go back twice :/ In the end it tasted good, but compared to their advertising their sandwhiches in person are pretty whimpy-looking. And $6 for a whimpy sandwich? ain't nobody got time for that!

Not busy when I came in but took a long time. Thought they were slicing the bagles but did not. Not the best visit. Usually love them.

My girlfriend dumped me here. Don't let your significant other being you here unless you want to break up. If you do want that, imagine this as a 5 star review. Also I got extremely sick from the bagel. It was an overall bad day.

The cashier went from taking my order to immediately touching my bagel with her bare hands and didn't wash them. Grossed me out. Those computers aren't clean enough to touch food right after.
