They are always so friendly, their customer service is amazing . We love visiting this location when we are in town.

A few things: 1) They didn’t get my order right. I know I ask for different requests than many—double toasting the bagel and easy on the cream cheese—but I feel like if they allow those requests, they should meet them.
2) I could strongly taste cinnamon sugar on my cheddar jalapeño bagel. I’m not sure how the cross contamination happens(maybe in the toaster? Or the cutter?), but they should try to make sure the sweet and savory bagels don’t get on each other.
3) The soda machine has only 3 flavors working, but they didn’t tell me that when I ordered a soda, so I wasted my money on a drink I couldn’t get.

Very few tables and no drive through. Not a good combo. The bagels are yummy though.

For the gluten free side for people, this location is awful. Tried to work something out or even just get the hash browns and they never had them for the day and refused to work with me to be able to eat anything. So while my group enjoyed their lovely breakfast, I sipped on an orange juice. The review is for the lack of help from staff mainly. I’ve been told the normal bagels are pretty good though so if you are not gluten free it’s a pretty good breakfast still

Delicious bagels and fast service but kinda pricey.

I miss the variety of bagels Einstein Bros. used to offer a couple years ago. However I think they do a good job with what they have to work with at the store. I have pre-ordered some large orders, which they have fulfilled for me and they have been exactly right.

They donated bagels at the end of their day that were left over to our school Spring Festival. They were very yummy. We appreciated their kindness and support of our school and the community!

Such good bagels, and the orange juice isn't bad either!

Service was awful, they acted so annoyed that we were even there and didn’t want to help us. Then when we got our food we didn’t get everything we asked for and then were annoyed that we asked for the rest of the order that we had paid for. When we looked at the bagels there was one tiny piece of bacon on the bagel and no spread. We asked to get two spreads and they only would give us one for the both bagels.

So... It may surprise people, but I don't really like bagels. It never is something I actively crave.
But, I had never been to this place before and wanted to give it a try.
I wasn't sure what to get, but one of the employees mentioned that the Texas Brisket bagel was great! So.. I ordered it. It hurts to say it, but it really was not that good.
The meat was very dry, VERY dry, and lacked much of a good taste.
The chai tea latte was okay, just nothing worth going out of the way to order it.
As it stands, I think this was my first and also last visit to this place
