Server shunned my friend when he ordered coffee by rolling her eyes and shaking her head in disgust when he made the order. Very rude & embarrassing. Einstein Bros. Needs to fire these types of discriminatory staff ASAP. Also, educate your staff on the fact that smoked salmon is cooked and not, in fact, raw.

Really great little place for breakfast in Provo. The staff is friendly, the service has been quick every time I've been there, and there's free wifi and plenty of room to study if you're a student.

Friendly staff, clean store, and they still had a great variety of bagels at noon which was totally surprising! Go Einstein’s! (And definitely try the honey almond cream cheese)

Many of the workers, especially manager, recognize you and call you by name as you are in the store.
Makes you feel good about supporting their business; they act like they appreciate you.

Horrible. I've been 3 times in a row where I've waited 10 minutes and ended up leaving. Just now I went directly to the cash register cause I just wanted a decaf and I waited for almost 10 minutes while the girls behind the counter helped customers that came in after me. I hate this place, and the workers are super rude. I'm never coming back, and I'm going to make sure to tell my friends to avoid this location. I hope the manager of this location has a conversation with their employees on customer service.
