Einstein Bros. Bagels

Don’t get me wrong — the bagels are good. If you are looking for a satisfying, good, bagel, this is the place. However at this particular place the staff was not receptive or pleasant to be around. It made the experience less enjoyable.

At the end of the day, all that matters is the taste, really, and so I will give this place a nice review. I would recommend it.

Ordered a bagelrito it was so chewy I couldn't eat it. Also ordered 2 different coffees a mocha and a caramel macchiato. The caramel macchiato was served cold. The mocha had no flavor, other than coffee. I choked both of them down only to discover that the flavoring had been left at the bottom. After an experience as egregious as this, I don't think I'll be going back.

Their bagels are great! My favorite is the french toast breakfast bagel and anything with just a plain bagel. The hot chocolate is really well done (not too sweet) and their smoothies are really good! The only thing that's really disappointed me has been their coffee. Very rarely is it good, but generally it's too bitter or just kind of bland.

After a recent trip to New York, my husband and I were craving good bagels. Store bagels from the grocery store don't cut it. We got a bunch of bagels from Einsteins and they were so good and fresh! They hit the spot. If only they'd open a location in Spanish Fork!

Normally, I love Einsteins, but my experience today was pretty bad. I waited for my food for soooo long and I was the only one in line when I got there. Then, after waiting for like forever, I got my food and left, only to realize when I got home that my food was burned. Probably won't be coming back here again

The staff is always fast and friendly. Don't expect a New York bagel, but these are still really good. Monday's carry a hefty discount, 13 bagels for $6. I regularly buy them for the office and am praised as a hero!

I decided to go and get a bagel before work for breakfast. After waiting there about 25 min I finally decided to go up and ask where my order was.. The girl was shocked and apologized. I said its okay no worries. She then started making it and I was able to finally eat it. I asked it to go because I did not want to be late for work. I then eat it there because well might as well I was late already... The egg was nasty and she did not make right, I was so frustrated and mad. after one bite I just got up and throw it away and walked out! NEVER going back to this place. waste of my money and time.

The customer service was terrible. We hasn't been to Einstein's in a long time and didn't understand what the different color signs meant. Girl helping us was very short tempered and impatient because we didn't already know these things. You would think that a business would welcome a new customer, especially when buying two dozen bagels, but she was not welcoming at all. When talking to co worker after this, she said this has always been her experience with this location and that other locations have better customer service. Will not be going to this location again

A meal so delicious I thought warmly of it still hours later. Maybe a little upscale for bagels, you might think, but totally worth it. We had the Crispy Chicken & Tater, Farmhouse, and Chorizo Sunrise. The Farmhouse was good but somewhat standard, the CC&T was great, but we both agreed the real winner was the Chorizo Sunrise, would highly recommend trying it.

Love this place for the wifi, location, and yummy muffins. It's never quite clean as I'd like though. The tables are never straight and I'm not sure why it has carpet, since I can see every crumb! I don't really like their bagels. But that's probably personal preference. I still come here to do homework!
