Einstein Bros. Bagels

As a delivery driver I understand wait time is always crazy.
They made me wait like 45 minutes for a small order thing. I’ve been here several times and when they don’t have the item they don’t care. Awful place to make an online order.

I came to Einsteins to specifically get a cinnamon sugar bagel and when I went in there were two in the basket, they let me order it, and then after five minutes they told me they were out of cinnamon sugar bagels. They didn’t tell me this but I know they gave it to an online order. They definitely give priority to online orders which seems pretty unfair to me. Also they have no seating in there even though it’s a big space. It makes it uncomfortable to wait in there. COVID is over, bring seating back!!! Seriously!

Great breakfast bagel! No wait, fair price, and great service. Doesn't get much better than that.

What happened? Did they change the recipe? If I wanted a bagel that tastes like cheap bread, I would of gone to walmart.

Okay I love this place! The specialty bagels are soooooo killer! One warning though if you are in a hurry this isn’t the place to go! I feel like every time I’ve been here it takes so long, employees are helping call ins before you, and sometimes the employees walk in right as you do from a break outside or something. But I will say their hash brown bagel is to die for!

Great bagels but the wait was a lot longer than expected. Waiting over 20 minutes for a bagel with cream cheese after waiting 10 minutes to order does not get a 5-star.

Super great experience with girl at check out. Wish I would have gotten her name. She was helpful and happy to get everything for me at 7am. Coming back for sure.

They’re good at moving the line quickly. Bagels are usually fresh. Minus a star because a few staff members weren’t super friendly, and looked annoyed to be working there. Also, the ovens really heated the place up so we got our order to go.

Einstein, what more can you say? A great snack but you can't sit down. I want a coffee and a bagel and I want to sit and enjoy it.

I can see that occasionally you have drinks go out. This machine had no ice and these signs that say “out” looked like they had been there for months. Otherwise, I love bagels and Einstein’s does bagels well but in this case got a simple order wrong.
