Dutch Bros Coffee

Will was so awesome! Friday at 2 pm when it was super busy he sold me my 20$ gift and re made my drinks because I forgot to request almond milk. Great service, thank you! -York

As a first time visitor, I was treated like royalty. My first drink was free. I tried my first drink and did not like it. They made me a new drink! Turns out I didn’t like it either, but I didn’t want to say anything and keep getting new drinks. However, Brayden, Katie, and Alliye were the three working at the time of my visit. They were nothing but patient, helpful, kind, encouraging, and all the good words! I am a manager and would love to hire those three into my team.

The branding is great, prices are okay, flavors artificial and coffee barely drinkable. I can't for the life of me understand what people like so much about Dutch Brothers.

Chain drive through coffee place with a massive selection of high calorie, sugary drinks, and expensive poor tasting coffee.

At least the person serving the coffee was very friendly.

Recommend going elsewhere.

I have no idea what I get, my old lady always gets me this. It's like berry energy drink. I know it has something and has Rebel Energy.

What a great crew working at this location with Delicious drinks and happy employees. I introduced my cousin to this place and she loves it.

I like the drinks, but I dread going through the drive through unless I have a ton of time because it takes forever and their process doesn't make a lot of sense. Slowest service imaginable. Why can't I just order through an intercom? Why aren't there two people taking orders? Why is my drink still not ready when I am FINALLY at the window?? And why are cars behind me getting their order first?

Also I understand they want to be friendly and provide good service but sometimes you have to realize not all people want to make small talk while they wait...

Everyone is really nice. However the wait at this location is ALWAYS painfully long. It seems that they are understaffed. I usually go in the mornings, for my pre-work caffeine, and I usually have to wait 15-20 min. With only 2-3 workers, they’re not able to keep up. Today I was in line for 27 min before they even took my order.

This is the slowest coffee shop I’ve ever been to. I’ve been here 2 times in the last month and it’s taken 30+ minutes to get 1 drink. Save yourself some time and try Starbucks instead

Love my local Dutch Bros! They know our order by heart and have a great attitude and positive energy.
