Nice ambiance, good coffee. Reasonable prices. Cool and hip patrons. Good location.

Great location in Downtown. The best coffee I’ve tried in Texas. My brother is a coffee enthusiast and this was the best we tried during our visit in Texas.

Smooth, creamy, hearty...great sausage taco with some salsa with a kick..glad I stopped, here in downtown waco.

My husband and I enjoyed drinks here during a recent evening out. The atmosphere was really nice with low and intentional lighting, spaced out seating, and excellent service. I got the "Sweet and Spicy" cocktail at our server's recommendation and enjoyed it very much! We are hoping to visit again soon with friends.

This is the best coffee in Waco. The beans are not over roasted, nor are the coffee grounds burned by making the coffee with water that's too hot or adding milk that's too hot. Every time I take that first sip, my response is, "wow, that's good coffee."

I learned to like coffee (not added sweeteners and flavors) in South Africa which has very good coffee, including the #1 coffee shop in the world, and Dichotomy lives up to South African standards. If you like good, rich, creamy coffee, this is the place for you.

Their old fashions and other mixed drinks are fantastic as well.

Was looking for a place to get a nice glass of wine. This was recommended. The bartender totally knew what he was doing! I asked for a surprise wine and he nailed it - I was able to try something local and really liked it. The atmosphere was great, super relaxed and they had food to offer as well. I can see why people like it here.

Love the space. WIFI works and that was important as I had no WiFi at home. Cup of coffee and a cookie for $7 (including tip). Parked on the street with 2 hour free parking and knocked out several tasks for the day while enjoying a quiet, yet energetic atmosphere. (Music in background was present but not overt.)

Somehow, I haven’t reviewed Dichotomy yet. I’ve been going since 2013, and they’re the ones who taught me to enjoy good espresso. Their bar has a fantastic selection of high-quality spirits, and they’re masters of cocktails. They’re top-notch enough that I go by every time I visit Waco. Imma pull a Spinal Tap and give them 11/10, cause they’re one better.

Visited for late night drinks and coffee the next day. The baristas and bartenders were friendly. Everything tasted great.
