Great coffee shop, the cappuccino was smooth and delightful. The atmosphere is way better than Starbucks and you can actually have a conversation without being interrupted by someone yelling out a coffee order! I want to try one of their cocktails.

Love the place it was nice, clean. The people were very friendly. It was my first time going there, my daughter told me about it said she really liked it. I didn't know what to order they made suggestions so, so I just went with it. I had a blueberry muffin and a Girl Scout coffee with the cookie. They have a different variety of things, you can sit outside, inside and even on the rooftop. I definitely recommend this place!! Like I said 2 of the employees were super sweet and nice!!! 😊😊

Great coffee spot with large indoor area and also small outdoor space at the front that we were able to sit at with our puppy. Coffee itself was great. I'd rate it highly and we came back again the next day. Service was a little slow and I'd suggest an extra staff member could maybe help with the coffee making at the weekend. They were rather detailed in the making though and no one seemed to mind the queue too much.

Such a funky, fun, and laid back spot. Love that the coffee shop is in the front and the bar is in the back; and that they have happy hour on the weekends. I grabbed a quick peppermint latte here with almond milk. Super smooth and easy to just sip on. The top was made into a heart and sprinkled with real peppermint flakes that made me so happy!
I love that everything is handmade and time is really taken to craft each drink. The staff were super nice and made me feel welcome, so I definitely will be back when I am in Waco again!

I discovered Dichotomy while on the hunt for all the Blek le Rat murals. Thankful I stopped in to grab a coffee. Loved the vibe so much that I returned another night for drinks. They make a grand old fashioned!

Cute little hole in the wall coffee shop and bar. A lot of options at the bar, pretty view off the deck on the second floor, and a great vibe for a date, study hall hours, or a get away. Friendly barista/bar tender. Go support a local shop!

I loved that this coffee shop supported Ukraine.
Decor is beautiful, stylish but laid back. Atmosphere was wonderful, Irish coffee and charcuterie board were excellent. Definitely recommend

Great cocktails and selections of beer and wine. We didn't go to the coffee side but it appears they have a good menu there as well based on the constant foot traffic.

Every time we pass through Waco we stop at Dichotomy. The coffee is wonderful and the cocktails are straight up Harry Potter magical. Sure you can order a vodka cranberry if that’s your safe space. If you are more adventurous and want to experience heaven in a glass, then let Dichotomy’s bartenders work their craft. From the Black Betty to the Hammer of the Gods to the Moroccan Dust Storm, you will not be displeased. The Waco home spirit is Balcones, which rivals its Kentucky and Tennessee cousins and Dichotomy is masterful in crafting custom cocktails from Balcones’ wonderful bourbons and whiskies. You MUST stop here, strike up a good conversation and enjoy the magic.

Despite the fact that I'm always here, I was very impressed by the staff. It's black Friday, so it's definitely busy. There were probably ten people in line, but they all worked together and didn't stop until they got everything done. Although it could have been a stressful situation, they maintained their integrity and kept everyone happy. As always, the coffee was amazing!
