Dichotomy Coffee & Spirits

One of our favorite spots to stop in Waco when traveling. They're nitro cold brew is really good. Unfortunately they didn't have it the last two times we were there.

Stopped back in at Dichotomy for a Cortado and an iced chai tea, and pleased that the service and quality of the beverages was a good as it was the last time we were in town. They seem to always have a nice selection of pastries as well, which are fresh and made locally. Would highly recommend this coffee house to anyone in thr area or passing by, and note they have a lovely bar area and plenty of seating for studying or just catching up with a friend.

Cool place. Great atmosphere. Lots of seating. WiFi doesn’t always work and the soap dispensers could stand to be filled. Coffee is excellent and so are the muffins.

This past weekend we went out to enjoy Dichotomy’s Miracle. They had holiday cocktails and shots. It was a great set up and friendly service. If you want to get in the Christmas spirit, this is the place to start. Make your reservations and come enjoy it.

This is such a wonderful coffee shop buried deep in Waco. The coffee and bar selection is great and the baristas really know coffee! Make sure to come early, it’s usually crowded with Baylor students.

Really nice place. Met a friend here after work. Hard choice since I don't drink alcohol or caffeine. They weren't phased and offered me a tasty hibiscus berry tea at a very reasonable price. Great for a stormy afternoon.

Stopped by for an afternoon cup of coffee and was not disappointed. Super cute spot and the coffee was unique and delicious. I had a lavender mocha iced latte - sounds weird but was amazing. Bar and cocktails looked good too.

I’m still thinking about the Gogh All Night cocktail I had all these days later. It’s good for a morning caffeine boost or to wind down after the day is done.

A must visit in Waco. Superb coffee in the morning and amazing cocktails at night.

Great selection of different roasts and drink options. Really cool, chill vibe with a fantastic roof top deck.
